Nice video, thanks! Do you know if on-demand texture streaming adds input lag? I have seen other videos and some people says it does and recommend to turn it off

It will only lag if you don't have a fast enough internet connection. It will also only lag for one game of the specific level, once it's streamed it for that play session it will be stored on the console until the game is closed. (FYI by lag I mean frame drops / lower FPS)

I find if I set my One X to 1080p and hdr off my game looks so much better on my 4k tv....why though?

Wait for safe area? We just make the margins smaller? Wouldn't you have to get closer to the TV if you make things smaller?

It doesn't make the HUD smaller, it just brings it in from the edge of the screen, so your eye doesn't have to travel as far to look at the minimap etc. It essentially makes the margins bigger to save you a few milliseconds, but it all adds up.

No way of chsnging brightness only by turning off hdr but then it just dims the hole bloody ps5 man 😢
