(O Allah, to You I have prostrated and in You I have believed and to You I have submitted, and You are my Lord. My face has prostrated to the One Who created it and formed it, and brought forth its hearing and sight. Blessed be Allah the best of Creators.)

When do we say these duas of sujood? In between two sajdahs when we sit or during the sujood in place of subhana rabi al ala?
Please check if the dua you have copied is correct. I find a difference in the one taught in the video and in your text.

@@WahidJalili-nd6stI would say "subhana rabi al ala" 3 times then this dua while in sujud, you need to spend more times in sujud.

@@WahidJalili-nd6stSubhana Rabil-allah is to be said first, minimum of 3 but you can say it many times. Then you can do any good suplications of your choice either from the Quran or Sunnah. I hope this helps a bit

Do we move our lips while saying dua or say it in our hearts, the Arabic ones and the ones in our own language?

The best way to make Dua, is yes we do have to move our lips and tongues while saying Dua in Arabic or in other Languages. May Allah accept all ours Duas Aamiin

why we cant say dua in sujood in our own language. Allah accept our dua in any language HE is the listener. I dont know why all the islamic scholors make islam so difficult and strict for people to follow. Allah loves all of us without the exception of being arab or non arab
It’s just a couple prayers in Arabic. It’s not like you have to forget your original language entirely and learn Arabic.
