have you tried full crit build? do you liked? i really like swift builds but maybe full crit with nightmare have more damage than hallu
It's pretty similar dmg to the full crit if you're playing properly. I think people only think about the 422 build tho when talking about halu and high swift, but this build is better than that one. The 422 build is bad imo. This build is similar dmg to the full crit while having better mobility and uptime so it's more fun to me. You also have an extra weakpoint / stagger skill.
@@chaefpsdo you mind to share your numbers? I’ve tried this build (600 crit 1700 swift) vs the full crit meta build, for 7 run each, the dps is consistent for both build. 10.3m full crit vs 8.6m this build. On a 1580 character.

I really cant decide between hallucination vs nightmare, can you give some pointers on the pros and cons of each choice?
it's mainly just a tempo diff. depends on you tbh. some people think the fact nightmare is slower paced = easier to execute but then u ask someone else the same question and they'll say because it's slower it's harder to land stuff. to me I just look at it as which fits ur playstyle more because by the end of the raid theyre pretty similar. nightmare has no flexibility in the rotation, slow paced, less movement, but has better atrophine burst and easier meter gen. hallu is more uptime, more stagger/destro and you have the ability to switch up the order of skills. I often swap between doing the traditional nightmare rotation and the triple vestige rotation depending on raid.
I think im gonna go with hallucination after what you have said. Now just need to decide on a stat weighting. thanks so much for the reply!
Do you run rusted nail at 7 ? 31 or do you take it to 10 and run the dmg tripods ?

I would just swap, personally I don't think the 422 build is worth playing. Either go this one or the nightmare one.

hard to tell without ur pov. maybe ur not hitting kbw efficiency when trying this build or not doing the ult cycle properly. I think you shouldn't judge off trixion alone too. This build performs better in actual raid imo, because of the uptime and movement allowing you to stick on the boss. Example being the nightmare rotation consists of 2 vestiges that are used in a short span between eachother. My build consists of 3 vestige that are more spread out between eachother while also having astaros for movement too, so you more often than not have movement available to get back on to the boss when it moves. This translates to more dmg in actual raids but not something thatll show in trixion. Also when ur testing the nightmare one in trixion, it's not as realistic because ur pre procing the nightmare w/ ult and then getting to use the ult during ur downtime vs a raid having to use it at the beginning or on contact with the boss so it's skewing the numbers hard. The build im going actually benefits off using the meter gen ult without messing up the rotation, can use it more freely, and lower cd from higher swift which means getting off more ults depending on the raid.

1. I did both build at least 7-8 runs each trying to eliminate those rng factors like crit and kbw efficiency.
2. I tried to also give this build an edge by not using ult in the actual rotation for nightmare.
3. Then I started comparing per skill damage. Of course nightmare set wins here due to the set effect. 64m swing damage vs 52m (all hits crit). Maybe this is the reason for the damage difference in trixion.
4. For this build: 1500 swift 800crit will have slightly higher damage in trixion compared to the 1700swift 600crit variant.
5. What pet (swift or crit) you’re using btw ?
Anyways still gonna keep the accessories for this build because it’s too fun.

@@TheRobinhai ill have to try it again. tryd it like a week ago dont remember the exact numbers just remember it being close enough for me to not wanna swap to nightmare.
when I say kbw efficiency I mean not enough crit because of no lvl 3 set hallucination and maybe ur bracelet, etc. Yea this build dmg distribution is a lot different so can't compare per skill dmg. It gets off a whole extra vestige and lethal spinning compared to other build, then there's astaros and it gets off more lunatic edge + harvest as well but I havent counted how many. I have precise on my bracelet. yeah swift pet. im 1517 swift rn because of my accessory quals and bracelet but yeah should be around 1600 swift if everything high qual.

could you still recommend a similar build to this? and would you run Adren 1 in 5x3x1 with Cursed doll or MI?
yea full swift is still viable, I would go soul drain instead of astaros though and yea mass increase adren +1, master elixir. conviction on soul drain, judgment lunatic, quick recharge on harvest and rusted nail. the goal is to try to get 3 lethal spinning off during soulsnatch.

First of all great work !
Second: I've made several tests since we last spoke about the whole SE rotations and builds, i've come to the conclusion that what makes this build "incomfortable" to use, are phasing mechs haha, if you're doing astaros and u cant finish ur combo for the 3 crystal it gets kinds awkward.
Also, try using vestige 0 crystal for starter ! It makes the 6 stack much easier
