Actaully the lyrics show maturity. Instead of just leading the guy on and pretending she's happy she ends it so they both have the possibility to find what their looking for. Just because there isn't a good reason to leave doesn't mean everything's awesome and the relationship is amazing ... it means that it's comfortable. In reality she's leaving him to follow her dreams, giving him the chance to get with someone else who will be more than 'comfortable' with him.
Normally I hate acoustic versions of songs, but damn it if Halestorm didn't pull it off. These guys deserve every good thing that happens to them, you can tell they put their heart into their music. I can only hope that they come my way soon.
I used to see this band play at bars all over PA. They were amazing then and are still getting better. I'm proud to say I was a fan and supported this band, and it makes me smile when I hear one of their songs on the radio.

Amazing how she replicates her voice from the album perfectly instead of taking it down an octave or missing notes on purpose to save your voice...something you don't see much anymore. Great voice.

The lyrics make me think of how my ex must of felt about our relationship before she broke it off. I was the "safe bet" so to speak. It's not that she didn't care about me but what we had wasn't quite what she was looking for. Comfortable isn't always what's best. And although I've never felt that way(if I'm in relationship it's because I care so much about you in the first place) I understand how the point of view in this song could be hard on someone.
they don't have to be on a popular station like "billboard top 100" to be a popular band or song haha, as long as fans pay money to see them live and their albums ;)
