Amy, You need to ask your SA for the CITES for your charm. It def should've come with CITES. I got a lizard touch pegasus charm from Hermes... it came with CITES ... and that just has lizard wings.

Q: when you get a new SA, does your spending quota restart?. @maddieshops/Maddie mentioned her old SA quoted her out, does that mean she told you how much you had spent and how much will be needed with your new SA? Also great for you Maddie to be able to get back to your old SA. Amy or Kat or Maddie can one of you guys please do a video about CITES, idk what that is and why it's needed, I love exotics, hoping to one day own a couple. and I will admit I've thought of getting exotics from Fashionphile but haven't heard them say they give one. Thank you in advance.

CITES, which stands for the Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species of Wild Fauna and Flora, is a global agreement among governments to regulate or ban international trade in species under threat. From what I learned is that only the original copy is kept by the importer and so in our case, H normally provides the customer a copy of the original document only. I don't know why I got a copy for everything except for my latest birdie purchase but it seems like it is not uncommon. I always buy retail myself so I always have my original receipts either way when I travel with my items. I hope you can have maria draganova in your channel.. maddie is lovely but personally Maria Draganova is the Chanel Queen in CZcams. Plus she has been shopping with Chanel for so long and has lots if intel as she has been invited to the Actual Chanel runway show that is so hard to be invited to. An invite needs to be approved by Chanel Head offices and takes months for them to look into your profile and get that approval. the SA and management can send your request to be invited but it is not up to them but more from upper management. As much as maddie is so fun to watch, i feel maria has soooo much more valuable information with Chanel than anyone in CZcams
