This is actually a very good video about the hacking situation, I was doing other things at the time and at around 8-9pm my time Rixxles, (a friend of mine) alerted me about this, they told me to update my game to remove everything, but when I did everything was gone, but Rixxles was a very good friend and helped me! This was a very scary situation for me as I thought I was going to be banned from retrostudio and even roblox. Overall, really good video!

some backstory: beyond 5d used to developr recreations of old games on retrostudio before he did this whole hacking thing, and he argued that retrostudio had SHIT code and some other stuff, and even argued that early 2009 shouldnt have bevels
forgot to mention: it wasnt a backdoor that caused it, it was a vulnerability

I played around feb 2nd i think and I remember the incident it was a crazy day for me as i just came back from taking a break from retro studio (i came back a few days before the incident) so its crazy to know that this happened to retro studio and it was weird for me beca7se I did not know it was hacked and i just knew that the games where just weird
i was in retrostudio when it all unfolded it was scary that retrostudio might be banned for good

There was a popular RetroStudio is back up party, which was made when RetroStudio went back up. Yesterday (July 1) they celebrated Canada Day, and put a Canadian flag on the main building there. Then, some hacker joined, and then many people were given 2 potions, 1 you drink to turn into Mario, and the other you drink to turn into Luigi. The hacker kept making hints. Hints are those short solid black rectangles that take up a small amount of the top of the screen, and it has white text in it. The hacker made hint say "WE ARE THE BLOXXERZZZZZ MY FRIEND" and typed christmas song lyrics with :m. I then said "CHRISTMAS IN JULY????" then the hackers said with :m "Save on everything at Christmas on July" and some time later played "HELLO IT'S A ME MARIO ON THE PS4 WAHOO" and far later, the hackers made some fog and colored it red, and they were playing a low quality version of the theme that you hear when you eat a star with 2 eyes in Super Mario, then they played a loud audio, then they then played Marmalade Dream by Skybax and said with :m "THIS IS THE ULTIMATE COEMS SONG", changed everyone's names to "🤑COEMS LOVER🤑" then the hacker made us teleport VERY far away from the main map, which made everything look glitchy, and then changed the hint to "COEMS HACK 🤑🤑" the owner reloaded place. It was normal for a little bit, then they played the "You are an idiot hahahahaha" audio, made fog and colored it green, made a hint saying "MARIO HACKED THE GAME!!1!" then changed the hint to "Run for your lives" and then changed the hint to "Mario has been released" and they played an alarm/warning/alert sound effect, and I never recorded more past that. All this might have something to do with the June 2023 hacking.

The game seemed like a quick and easy cash-grab, using the 'hacking' incident to just make a few quick Retrobux.
