Well, I think if they just fired here and the allegations turned up to be false, she could sue for millions. They're playing it smart for now. I used to work at ABC News/Disney in NYC and there's A LOT of bad, shady things going on there. They allow people to get away with some horrible things. I was a part of some of it, first hand.

NDA's are usually seen as the "less wealthy" persons way to avoid bankruptcy, endless litigation and attack on them and their families. In most instances the corporation's are well aware of the alleged neglect and abuses, thus the very basis of the offer. In my opinion corporation's should be required to disclose the percentage of NDA's they have on record prior to contractual agreements.

"Journalists of colour". Am I the only person who has never understood this phrase "of colour"? It's always felt like it has a sentiment of "either then", "alternative", what's it's etymology? My 4 year old describes everyone as brown (from super dark brown to super light brown, no black, no white), he gets it, we are all different shades of one.
