Hinako is very cheap character with high combo string and invincibility of grapple and nullify projectile. She is not very good for the game, in my opinion, making her like that

I couldn't agree more. She's a terrible character and should have never been brought back. That spot should have and could have gone to a ton of better characters

I think if they made some changes like reduce pressure or make grapple vulnerable to pokes and counterhit, but give her a faint into dp would create a better read base attack that creates more of 50% chance you can be snuffed out or not.
