Man let me tell you!! It feels like God’s perfect timing ⏱️ your video. I have a sit-stand desk I got for free but never used, just sitting in another room alongside a small studio desk with a unused rack space I’ve been trying to sell both for a year and nobody would bite. I also have a maschine Mikro MK2 and I rarely used it… felt sad I never got around to learning it and the maschine application on my desktop, so I’ve been trying to sell that… nobody would bite. You have just reignited a new flame to turn my closet space into a secondary studio space where I can set up or even combine both desks, attach the duel monitors on the sit stand desk, and set up a maschine beat making studio where I can stand and work and finally learn how to make beats on that. You have no idea how much you saved me man. Saved me from regret in the future, was already starting to feel it for putting those things for sale. Nah, I’m going to use this new set-up as an opportunity to stand up while making music AND learn the maschine so I can truly have fun with it like I always wanted to. I’m subbed to your channel. I relate to the weight gain thing, the drinking and recreational drug use while always sitting down all day every day. I’ve even been working on changing those habits and surrendering them to the good Lord. Thanks for sharing your wisdom and set-up and for helping me see the bigger picture

Dope vid. I'm right there with you. I like to take lots of short breaks to keep my ears fresh and I get up and hit some jumping jacks and couple push-ups couple sit-ups just keep the blood flowing.
Last night I ordered a touch screen monitor for a mobile setup similar to what you got going.
Getting up and standing while you're making music is very important I used to sit all the time now that I'm back at making music I can't do it I got to get up and move.

Sweet setup! I stand up and walk around at my job as much as I can. Sitting still for long periods isn't good. I'm going to do this with my home studio as well. Health is wealth!
