@@omniyambot9876 just don't ride brakeless. It's a dumb idea if you are not familiar with riding a fixed gear. I've been riding fixed for 3 yrs and still keep my front brake even if I never use it. You never know when it could come in handy

Well, depending on tires and road surface skidding can be extremely easy with a fixie. Controlled braking, as fast as possible though, under bad/inconsistent conditions - that's a completely different story.

Guessing they are not allowed to get up to speed...at our events I seem to remember well over 200 feet if longer has been recorded. (Just looked it up, over 500 feet is the record as per Wikipedia)

My technique for longest skid is you must put your weight on the front wheel. You will notice that the back wheel will slightly lifted at the floor
