Can't go wrong on collection for the greatest selling game console in the history of Video Games Jim. Games are really cheap and worth owning. 8^)

I have a Japan ps2 and it’s the best purchase I ever made, whatever game I can’t get in America I get the Japan version which is cheap

Outside of stuff like Shikigami no Shiro II, most shmups wouldn't have fit in his under $50 total range, he would not have been able to pick up as much as he did if he picked up a shmup.
Really good selection, Jim. And for those who want to play Sonic Heroes get the GameCube or Xbox version since they don't have all the glitches that the PS2 version had.
I have the PS2 version of Sonic Heroes and I could never get past that one round building in the futuristic city zone where Tails has to jump between platforms as the room fills up with lava due to the horrible fixed camera on the ceiling. Fortunately for me, it was a Value Village thrift store purchase so I didn't waste more than $5 or $6 Canadian on it.
That sengoku game looked beautiful and seemed like pure mindless fun
Yeah, it's a great hack and slash series, very fun and time consuming.

A damn fine game. They usually have 2002 UM at Tokyo Video Gamers, play it all the time.

PS2 is one of the cheaper systems to collect for imo. Some of the games you can get cheap are Katamari Damacy, SSX 3, Tekken 5, Burnout 3, Tony Hawk 3, and Final Fantasy X.
Yeah, there are lots of very common PS2 games that can be bought for just a few bucks.
Other than Sonic Heroes those were a pretty good selection of games. Especially your choice of fighters. Man did Budokai 3 give me heavy nostalgia.
I played all of the Budokai games to hell and back when they were first released, it's been fun going back and playing them again. I forgot how whacky the second game is with its board game story mode.
In my PS2 I like to have Godhand Darkwatch Urban Reign God of War 1 and 2.

Awesome! Man, I know you've probably heard this a thousand times before, but whyyyy can't we have places like this in the states? In the US it's just a bunch of jerks trying to offload loose copies of Super Mario Bros on Craigslist for $1000. :p
Unrelated, I bet Eric Kelso would have some interesting opinions on the Hellena Taylor Bayonetta 3 voice acting situation.
I doubt he'd care all that much, lol. Eric is a pro, does his job, makes his money, doesn't have a cry on Twitter about it.

He try's to pick games that are friendly for none japanese speakers. But yea I own that one as well as a lot of japanese exclusives I wouldn't even buy a single game in the video list.

Yeah, the shooters on PS2 tend to be a little more expensive, not so applicable for my "budget" video.

I do not, lol. I have a pretty decent HDMI converter though which usually does the trick.

PS2 Japanese games are relatively cheap. Not sure if it's because the community hasn't reach for those games that drives the price high or because PS2 games in general are cheap

Pretty much every Guilty Gear game on the PS2 is $10 or less in Japan, for the time being at least.

Shooters, or shmups really aren't that cheap for the PS2 outside of maybe stuff like Shikigami no Shiro II, aka Castle of Shikigami II. Japanese RPG's don't tend to be language friendly to non Japanese speakers.
