I learned this the hard way...my first bodybuilding show last year I placed dead last. That was hard, i thought i did what I needed to do and looking back all I see are all the mistakes and excuses I made. I am currently 11 days out from that same show but this year I learned. Discipline and consistency for 12 weeks is hard. Losing is harder. I am giving it everything I have until death if I need to and this year I'm coming back better and bigger ready to win. Nothing will stop me come hell or high water its over. Choose your hard.
