Other than S/B copy, BL/AWB copies and Inward remittance form from Bank. Is it also mandatory to provide Invoice, Packing list copies to Bank for generating EBRC? As it increases the paper work and time as well.

Brother i am In trade forex You need to submit Invoice,packaging list, SHIPPING BILL COPY, BL AND INWARD REMITTANCE DETAILS.. IN CASE OF 3rd Party You have to submit the 3 party annexure 1 and 2

Sir,I have a query,I had recieved payment against export of goods,bank is demanding documents required to settle, i have those documents,but the problem starts here that the shipping bill issued is of non edi port Ingaib ,the shipping bill data is not on edpms as per my bank ,bank is accepting documents but is saying that ebrc will not be issued, i don't want GST refund against export, is thier any problem in future if I dont have ebrc, please tell if you guide me in this matter...
You need to contact your CHA regarding this.
Generally an Exporter submits an application to the Additional Commissioner of Customs authority in your jurisdiction, authorising a particular CHA to upload your details in the EDI(Electronic Data Interchange) system. The CHA generally informs you the details required.

Is e-BRC is mandatory if the services are exported?
An eBRC is proof of export. So, an exporter of services claiming a GST refund - either of input tax credit (ITC) paid on inputs or on integrated GST (IGST) paid on the export of services - must attach the eBRC with the refund application to support their claim. This requirement applies only to the export of services and not of goods.

In the context of receiving payments for a CZcams channel, an E-BRC is not typically required. EBRC is only required for Exported and Imported Goods !!
