Railfanning NJ Transit at Short Hills 6-24-24: lots of action & catenary problems outside of Summit.

Well the morning started out pretty well besides being very windy. Unfortunately the audio in this video suffers from wind noise. In the afternoon, everything was going smoothly until a set of Arrow IIIs left Short Hills towards Summit but just as I was leaving, I saw the train starting to reverse back into the station. I talked with one of the NJT workers and they said that there were catenary wire problems just outside of Summit due to the heat, even though it was much cooler today than it has been last week and also on the weekend.
One interesting oddity is that the first three locomotives I saw today all had 28 as the last two digits of their numbers: 4628, 4528, and 4028.
