Hi Taylor! The Panettone by Fiasconaro is the best; they also did a collaboration with Dolce & Gabbana who designed the tins that you can use for cookies or bread later.

I strongly recommend doing a bit of research into NYC water, which is hailed as some of the cleanest water in the United States, and sometimes even referred to as the champagne of water.
The short hair looks cute and quite French!
Greetings from a former New Yorker. It was interesting to see Chelsea Mkt...so many changes. I knew it when it first opened and it was a fun funky place with that unusual floor and not too many shops and no restaurants. I would buy flowers and fish and authentic Italian food at a shop called Bon Italia. On Saturday afternoons, there would be tango music and dancing outside the shops.
I was also around for the beginnings of Soho when it was deserted...like a ghost town. My friends opened The Cupping Room which was the first restaurant in Soho. We all thought that they were crazy.
Have you tried NYC water? It is some of the best in the country and FYI: Poland Springs uses Maine's water totally for profit and they never give back to Maine. Mainers are not happy about this since they are using up their resources.

Mmmmm love panettone. There’s a bunch of different brands which are all pretty good. Traditionally our family would get it at a n Italian bakery in SF on Mission Street called Diandas. The best holiday treats, Italian candies and the iconic Rum cake. The panettone always nicely wrapped and ribboned which I have kept to this day. Love also using candles. I will check out the candles at anthropology. Looking forward to the 5th vlogmas. Best,

We cut the pannetone in the round and make French toast sometimes, my husband delivers bread so he brings one home around holidays, I’ve never cut it like you just did
