A no brainer Port project for India, albeit many years late.. Resources and trade to/from Central Asia.
Bharata and Partha were ancient neighbours/ friends sometimes overlapping significantly with each other and sharing sister languages and culture and even Aryan Genes . You are right. Adani invested huge amount of money ( more than a $1 billion) in the Haifa Port in Israel. Today the Port is not even working. No ships come there. And there is constant danger of the Port getting destroyed because Israel has made enemies all-around. Even Israel's so called friends Egypt and Turkey have stopped co operating because Israel has violated treaty agreements with them.

Nothing will happen. Iran cancelled Chabahar port agreement before in 1916. Also Farzad gas field development agreement was along with Chabahar. Both were cancelled.
After all India is not a trusted party for such agreement.
