I love how stays support skz, but this is taking it too far. The photographer crossed a line and he should apologize, but he doesn't deserve to be doxxed like that or for his website to be hacked. And besides, if stays get a reputation of being crazy overprotective stans it could reflect on skz, which would only make things harder for them. Our role as a fandom is to protect and support skz, not to cause more problems.

Well, it makes no sense to give a bad reputation to an entire fandom or a group because in fact this doxxing thing, although it is very bad, has become a habit for years among people who are not even fans of K-pop, in fact it was people from outside who brought all this to scare online bullies who attack their fave artists. So it was inevitable that after something like what happened, out of thousands of fans in the world there wouldn't be someone who would do something like this. Stay, we are not a small group of people who can be controlled and judged in general for things like that, nor even if we had been a smaller fandom could we have avoided something like this or some random person making hurtful comments, etc. And yet I have seen the majority on all social media were against this.

As a reminder: We (Stays) as a fandom represent our idols (Stray kids). So by bad behavior we just ruin their image, cause people are gonna reflect our behavior onto them and dislike them because of it.

You go too far in your actions against the photographers and you will build a bad reputation for Stray Kids in the same way as the Blinks, Armys ect... Sending death threats or harassing someone is not acceptable and is not what Stray Kids would want!!! Distributing home address and other private information is borderline illegal and very dangerous! I hope the toxic people responsible for these actions calm down and other Stays should not encourage these actions. You are harming those you think you are protecting!

Bang Chan definitely will not be happy about some STAYs' behaviour, because this situation is all about respect, but he won't say anything directly. Calling this disgusting behaviour out is not an issue. Demanding these people apologise is not wrong either, but doxxing is not acceptable, and is, I believe, illegal, at least in the US. STAYs we are representing SKZ, and behaving badly will only affect their reputation. Take a leaf out of SKZ' book, and be the better people. Having the boys' backs, and supporting them with love, and not hate, is what they would prefer. STAYs are so proud of SKZ debut at the Met Gala, and how they handled the situation as the professionals they are. Make them just as proud of us. I was mad when I heard about the news about SKZ Met Gala. I would want an apology letter from all the photographers that said rude things to SKZ but, some STAYs are going too far. Like revealing his personal info and trying to get him fired or worse, that is too far. Two wrongs don't make a right. A genuine apology is probably the best but not trying to ruin his life. People that are hearing about this news are going to think STAYs are crazy mad and that probably will put a bad image on Stray Kids. We don't want that right? Stray Kids probably heard the news about what some of their fans are doing, and they probably aren't very happy or proud of some of the people of this fandom. I am pretty sure those who disrespected them were not just these few, and it was not just towards SKZ for sure... they were probably rude to others. Unlucky them, little did they know how terrifying K-fans are.

Even though the hacking and doxxing went too far (and could potentially face criminal charges if found out), let's hope that all the love and support that Stays are showing for Stray Kids will encourage paparazzi in the future to give them the respect they have earned and deserve.
I feel like it was slightly alright hacking the website, but doxing is not ok. It actually makes stays look bad and seem rlly overprotective and crazy, and its kinda reflecting onto skz's reputation and making them seen bad as well. Okay. If you're having a day at school and say for example someone says something rude to you, you wouldn't go on doxxing this person, RIGHT?! This man's life is now in serious danger. A crazy person may go to his home and shoot him or something. It may be unlikely, but this is NOT okay. I'm genuinely disappointed in the STAYS who did this. Trying to "protect" and idol even when you don't know them is one thing. A WHOLE GROUP OF PEOPLE RISKING THIS MAN FROM GETTING A JOB EVER AGAIN, HIGH POSSIBILITY TO BE KILLED, AND FULL BACKGROUND INFO IS INSANE! THOSE PEOPLE ARE WORSE THAN THAT MAN, AND IT IS ILLEGAL. I am a STAY myself, but this is criminal and psychotic behavior. At the Met Gala, Stray Kids handled the issue with professionalism and class. If they wanted something to happen, THEY WOULD HAVE DONE IT THEMSELVES. People need to stop taking initiative and doing what THEY think is right and thinking there will be no consequences for them. People need to also learn SKZ are humans too. They're not gods. They're not kings and rulers. They are just people who are amazing at singing, dancing, and rapping. I'm sure they completely let the issue that happened at the Met Gala slide, and now people are targeting a singular person for this. Once again, SKZ members are not gods and people need to stop praising them like one. Leave the issue to them. Gosh, it is TERRIFYING what people have done. Hacking is one thing but doxxing is crazy😭 I really want an apology like bad cause I was so sad to hear how rude they were being to SKZ at the Met but let’s not take this any farther. Maybe only keep trying to demand for an apology, because if this gets worse then hacking or doxxing even then it won’t be the photographers apologizing, it will be SKZ on behalf of their fans and we wouldn’t want that.
I think they should be banned from events like this. I understand the fans feeling. The organisers shouldn't let rude staff be around celebrities.The boys were stunning and it was a big achievement for them and other Kpop artists. Shame on the photographers for ruining it.

The Stray Kids were invited to the Met Gala on behalf of Tommy Hilfiger so of course they're not going to do anything to embarrass him or themselves. They presented themselves as gentlemen and I guess we don't know what gentlemen acts like anymore & that is sad. Is Tommy Hilfiger was was comfortable enough to bring them in under his wing we should give him props for that because it was a bold move considering how we treat foreign artist in the music industry. I am so proud of Stray Kids and all the other K-pop bands out there they have all come a long way. 2 years ago I knew nothing about K-pop and I'm 60 years old, now I love the music, of course I've got my favorites too but they all have made me realize I need to grow up and have an open mind. The way we've all been thinking is black and white and there are a million beautiful shades of gray out there we have yet to experience. Americans don't have the Monopoly when it comes to talent, for talent comes in many colors and in many ways. I had this to say to my fellow humans, open your eyes for once in your lives before you die & it's too late for you & our species.
I hope these people realize that their making it worse that it already is.

This is terrifying. Finding out who the offending party is: great. Calling him out on it: great. Threatening him, listing everywhere he has lived, his jobs, his phones numbers: out of control and just way wrong. Could not finding out who he was have been some sort of opportunity to expand his point of view, or at least learn up close and personal the law of physics that states that for every action there is an equal and opposite reaction? This is way more than equal and opposite. This is like “A spits on B, then C goes ballistic on A and anyone nearby.” A man doesn’t deserve to die or never work anywhere forever because he did something really ignorant and obnoxious out in public once. Maybe he’s horrible all the time. Maybe he was having a weird moment and just blurted obnoxious stuff out. Way too bad he didn’t blurt out stupid stuff sitting alone in his car instead of in front of the whole world. People say the most hateful stuff all the time thinking they are just hilarious. There has to be a better way to teach a person how inappropriate and “unhilarious” he was besides destroying his life. He doesn’t have to like anyone, none of us do. He does need to learn that it is important to treat others with respect and empathy. And we all need to do that. The way it is now, it looks like NOT apologizing to Stray Kids would be safer for him than actually apologizing. That is counterproductive.

I understand that stays where mad, I am an army (and a new stay) so I know how they feel, and it’s ok to ask for apologies for the disrespect words that the photographer said, if nothing is done, some disrespectful photographers will never change their behavior…but please don’t be bullies, don’t go to far, it won’t pay respect to the group that you love… we have a saying in the fandom, Karma is an Army…I think Karma is also a Stay…and Karma will take care of disrespectful people. 💕
