I notice that a lot of homes on Florida have tile floors. I'm not a fan of tile floors, I prefer hardwood also I'm not a fan of the owner's suite being right off the living room, how is it all of the secondary bedrooms have more privacy than the primary not understanding this new layout/design of homes...
Why they build the model like this with a lot of upgrades we bought one and it doesn’t have many upgrades like granite countertops on bathroom , not shower door, not tile floor over whole house,not kitchen sink under countertops,
Grace And Panic certain places have model homes like that others have a glass window with a door so people could meet there and talk about buying etc and the rest will be to look at and tour

It's a block home. No wood framing except for the interior walls. Not sure what you mean by splices.
