do you still like this door? i almost bought a $370 door that fits inside the coop but this seems to be just a good actually and the price is great

Yes I do, the frustrating part is the backlight for the screen isn't very good except at night so it is a little hard to see, I'll make a follow-up video soon.

Did yours need an initial charge? Just received mine today and batteries seem dead. Charging in the house now. Thanks

It did turn on by itself when I opened it but i don't remember how charged it was. I did plug in the solar panel pretty much right away so it's hard to tell. Thanks for watching, hope it works well for you!
