  • Who doesn’t love brownies? This is my first ever product when I started selling baked goods. I have 2 recipes for brownies, one is my brother’s favorite, so it’s custom made for his preference. And this one is my very first own and original recipe, I have been through a lot of trial and errors before achieving this recipe.
    This Fudge Brownie recipe has just the right amount of sweetness so that you can enjoy it while eating it. It’s very moist, chewy, fudgy and very chocolatey that you no longer need to bloom your cocoa powder.
    Shelf-Life: 3 days at room temp, provided the temperature is not too hot. 10-14 days in the fridge as long as it is properly stored.

    ⭐TIPS AND FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS⭐
    ✅Butter
    • You can use salted or unsalted butter, but if you use salted butter, kindly omit the salt in the recipe.
    • You may use margarine or butter compound if you prefer, but there might be a slight difference in the outcome.
    • 1/2 Cup is equivalent to ½ bar or 115 grams of butter.
    ✅Chocolate
    • You may use a chocolate bar if you don’t have chocolate chips, just chop the chocolate before melting.
    • You may use milk, or semi-sweet, it’s your preference. However, changing the type of chocolate in this recipe will affect its sweetness.
    ✅Sugar
    • You may use light brown sugar instead or dark brown, but I prefer using dark brown because it contains more molasses.
    • You may use one type of sugar, either white or brown, but it will affect the texture of the brownies, so may have a different result.
    • You may add sugar if you have a sweet tooth, because this recipe is not too sweet.
    ✅Vanilla
    • You may omit vanilla if you don’t have one, but putting vanilla adds flavor.
    ✅Coffee
    • Use classic coffee, not brewed nor 3-in-1. You may use your preferred brand.
    • A little bit of coffee will not have a negative effect on kids, as it only wakes the chocolate flavor.
    • You may omit the coffee if you want but it will affect the outcome.
    ✅Flour
    • Only use All Purpose Flour for this recipe.
    ✅Cocoa
    • Use unsweetened cocoa powder.
    ✅Brands
    • You may use your preferred brand.
    ✅Baking time
    • If the batter level in your pan is thick, it takes more time to bake.
    • Don’t wait for the brownies to be dry before you remove it from the oven, it continues to cook even after removing it from the oven.
    ✅Pan
    • You may use your desired pan, any shape will do.
    ✅Nuts
    • If you wish to add nuts, you may add it (as toppings) right before you place it inside the oven.
    • You may also add the nuts along with the flour and cocoa.
    ✅Non-Stick Paper
    • It’s important for you to use non-stick paper so that it will be easier to remove the brownies from the pan.
    ✅Slicing
    • It’s advisable for you to use ceramic or plastic cutters to have a flawless cut on your brownies.
    ✅Yield
    • It will depend on the pan that you will use.
    • It will depend on your preferred size per brownie.
    ✅Oven
    • You may try baking this in a huge cooking pan over low fire, place the baking pan on a rack inside the cooking pan and cover it. Cooking time will vary so kindly check it from time to time.

      Always open po ang fan pag nagbebake ako.. tapos po up and down po..

    Mommy Icey ano po dapat texture nya pagluto na? Im using imprivised oven kc and 30 mins na po malambot pa po ung ibabaw..

      Chinecheck po talaga lahay ng baked goods, since improvised oven po ginawa niyo di ko po masabi gaano katagal dapat kasi di ko po alam gaano kainit, if kasing init ba niya yung required na temperature.. try the toothpick test po, tapos wag niyo po antayin maging well done kasi kapag nilabas niyo po yan maluluto pa po, wag naman din po underbaked..

    Natry ko na po ung ibang recipes nio and i must say..it wort d try po..dito po ba sa fudgy brownies..Instead of butter pd po ba ang veg. Oil...?1/2 cup dn po b? Dati po kc gumamit ako ng butter sa brownies ko ngdry po siya ..pd po ba ung buttercup o need po ng mamahalin na butter pra maging msarap at di mgdry?wat would you recommend na brand ng butter po...ung mumurahin o ung sa mamahalin din po...sobrang maappreciate ko po reply nio po ..tia!       Hindi ko pa po natry gumamit ng oil sa brownies, pag oil po ginamit niyo maapektuhan po ang outcome.. pwede niyo naman po gamitin ang buttercup, pero siyempre mas masarap at mas maganda ang outcome pag quality ingredients ang ginamit niyo.
