I'm 54 and my wife and I are VERY worried about our future, gas and food prices rising daily. We have had our savings dwindle with the cost of living into the stratosphere, and we are finding it impossible to replace them. We can get by, but can't seem to get ahead. My condolences to anyone retiring in this crisis, 30 years nonstop just for a crooked system to take all you worked for.

@AustinWalker67 The crazy part is that those advisors are probably outperforming the market and raising good returns but some are charging fees over fees that drain your portfolio. Is this the case with yours too?

Saw Enes do this house as well. This is one of my all time favorite houses. Absolutely love the openness, architecture and textural values throughout. Truly breathtaking. 👍
blue heron really is not anything special. there probably 50 more of this exact build throughout the valley. architecturally very bland and deep down it’s a “me too” house. not saying it’s an ugly house but it’s not breathtaking by any means.

I think this is probably one of my favorite homes I've seen in Las Vegas. I think most of the time many luxury homes in vegas are super tacky but this one is perfect.
This house is incredible, its amazing hw vastly diffrent homes can be in the same city with different standard of living. Don't be afraid to start investing small money and with time grow an empire.

The entry and the lanscaping are inpeccable...the stone is endless and that sky bridge is outrageous!! The vast clean lines and open views, the natural rocks throughout..the primary bedroom and bathroom glorious...the various pool layouts are genuine..the mansion is jus miraculous and so so sublime....you can still use the word insane...say it in Italian=pazzo...LOL ...Vegas has it going on... For that kind of money, one would expect not having the neighbors windows and balconies overlooking the amazing backyard/pool/sunbathing. I guess one option is to buy both houses? Just watched Enes' video the other day, always fun to see different perspectives. Great job as always.
I love the design and concept. I also like how this house has practically everything you'll ever need in a home. But I don't think I want bridges in my house.
This Mansion is Beautiful and Different!!!
I loved the open living room and kitchen area, the roof top gym is Great. Most gyms are built in the lower level of the house. This roof top gym is “INCREÍBLE”😜
I also loved the Natural Neutral colors all over the house. And the views are Spectacular💙

Sincerely if I had the money I would buy for 3 reasons : the lounge space with firepit surrounded by Kois, the cinema next to it and the petanque court with such a great view.

This is my favorite house you've reviewed. If I had the money to buy it.... I would hire the architect and build it somewhere else in Las Vegas because I can only imagine the headache that HOA is.
