I don't know why this case is pending for 7yrs. First of all, the doctor who performed the autopsy is most suspicious and that is where all the leads are. Why? Because during autopsy NO ONE checks the genetics of each organ. Why did he think he needed to genotype the heart. Second: did he see a scar of heart transplant before he started the autopsy, he has to document the physical condition of the body and all the marks he can find on the body. I'm pretty sure in those few hours when she was unconscious or brought in hospital for autopsy, her heart was transplanted in another patient to save that life at the cost of this 19yr old girl. Police should not just let this go because this shows how a patient is not safe even in the hospital. Make that forensic pathologist speak, and bring justice to this girl and save future lives. thanks.

I came down in the comments to see if atleast one person felt the doubt on human organ transplant racket that is a very big thing not only here but all over the world. I felt that this case is pure example of an organ transplant where the donor was forced and the transplantee had enough money to pay everyone and keep them all silenced or even the doctors in today’s date can misinform their client on the state cooperation of the donor just for the greed of money. Because this an industry which runs in hundreds of crores but only the shadows. Speaking from a family where one is a cop and the other a lawyer. सर जी मुझे लागत है , जब तक वो हॉस्पिटल में आई तब तक वो जिंदा थी, लेकिन उसे जिस हॉस्पिटल में लाया गया वहाँ कोई स्केम होगा जिसके कारण उसे डेथ डिक्लियर किया होगा, जिससे उसका पोस्टमार्टम हो सके, और पोस्टमार्टम के दौरान उसका हार्ट निकाल दिया होगा।
और उसकी जगह कोई और हार्ट रख कर केस को बंद करने की साजिश की गई होगी।
उस दौरान उस हॉस्पिटल में आये एमरजेंसी के मरीजों की जाँच की जानी चाहिए थी।
जिसमे से कई नोजवानों की डेथ को डिक्लियर किया होगा, ताकि हार्ट की चोरी की जा सके।

If the heart had by mistake grafted in her dead body, there was a male body too for PM. He might have been diagnosed earlier as a heart patient and died due to the same cause.

we all know that she had went physical that night forcefullly or wilingly. So
there are two possibilities
1. Post Morterm negligence due to which heart swapped.
2. The culprit swapped the heart knowingly, first he/she knew that the post morterm was help in that Hospital. So he went there and waited for the right time and took the opportunity and swapped the heart with another heart.

DNA of the heart should be tried for match with the 5 other dead bodies (4 female & 1 male) whose autopsy was conducted on that same day. By this the exchange of hearts during post mortem can be either ruled out or confirmed. Also, I feel the post mortem report saying male heart could be a gimmick to divert the investigation from the main culprit and other important forensic aspects, viz. Confirmation of rape, etc.

अगर दिल सनम का नहीं था तो उस दिन जो और ४ शव का पोस्टमार्टम हुआ था उनके डीएनए टेस्ट सनम के दिल के डीएनए से क्यों नहीं करवाए? अगर अग्नि दाह होगाया हो तो भी उनके पैरेंट्स के डीएनए से क्यो नही चेक करवाए। जांच एजेंसी ने क्या किया? इसकी डिटेलिंग पता करो।

सर जिस दिन सनम के साथ और चार लोगों का पोस्ट मॉर्डम हुआ , उनके दिल का भी DNA जांच सनम के डीएनए से होनी चाहिए , अगर डॉक्टर की गलती हुई होगी तो जरूर सनम के डीएनए से मैच करेगा।

Sir I think this case can be solved this incident may be like this...
1- may be during pm heart has been changed to manipulate the case.....so if we cross examine with other deceased person' s family members then it can be solved
2- may be her friends had planned this party ..then they have transplanted her heart with their relatives or with other people for money...
3 - may be by fault her heart has been exchanged with other deceased
So I think there are three reasons... through which we can go to the root....
Not heart change by mistake,its intentionally change.

Hello sir. Very sad story, mera sawal hai ki iss investigation mien, sanam k dil ka DNA test un 4 dead body's jo unke saath thi unke saath match kiya ya nahi? Ager nahi toh un 4 dead body's ki family's se DNA test karke ye pata kiya jaa sakta hai ki wo dil inmein se kiska hai?

Shams g mera anuman hae ki jis jagah post mortem hua waha laparwahi ya badmashi ke karan ladki ki body me aged mahila ka heart rakh diya gaya. Agar us post mortem wali jagah details khangali jaayein heart ki details ke hisab se to mistake track ho jayegi. 🙏
CBI should also look into the heart transplants done in the city and if Sanam was admitted to any of them
