That's a really interesting point you made about how no two TKMaxx's are the same. Thinking about it, the stock I've seen almost seems tailored to the location, without stereotyping too much. I can't say I've ever seen any truly high end luxury pieces in my local branch (Torquay).

I love this channel i have learnt alot. I have to say i was born without the ' designer' gene. I have never been drawn to a label but it os interesting to listen and watch these tips. One thing i cant get is clothes embelished with a logo, i have never understood the mentality of becoming a walking advertising board. 🤣😂 i am watching and learning... great tips for charity shop shopping. Thanks
That's a lot of the problem a lot of this stuff just sits until that right buyer comes along, iv'e got a Veneta backpack and trench coat and it's taking ages to shift, there is a week tag code on the label too i think so you can work out how long they've had it in and roughly when it will be discounted

Hi, I came across your video while watching other stuff about TKMAX as I’m completely obsessed with the shop (mainly homeware) and spend a lot of money in there as I love the variety it has. I recognised you both from the channel 5 program about Bicester Village and was interested what you had to say about TKMAX coz I know your both very knowledgeable about designer products. Even after watching this I still feel happy about continuing to spend in the store on a regular basis as I definitely don’t feel duped about the things that their selling. I don’t know all the products like you guys but I’m quite happy to buy a designer garment for a lot less even if it is years old as I like what I like and don’t care much about wearing what’s “On trend” at the time, so for me it’s a bargain. I’m going to look out for your TKMAX homeware video when you do one as that’s where the bulk of my money goes and I’ll be interested as to what you say about it😉👍

Totally, we love TKMAXX, sometimes our TKMAXX videos have a reseller bias because of what we do. But we honestly think they are fantastic and the more you know about the inner workings the better bargains you can find! Some product like biecester is made for outlet or TKMAXX but there isn’t anything wrong with that, it’s still a bargain and absolutely worth the money.
We’ve personally brought some amazing pieces from there and I especially love the homeware department and home sense!
We visited some great ones in Northern Ireland recently and they are even more full of bargains, sweaty Betty for under £5!!

Oh wow, Sweaty Betty, that’s fantastic I love their products and usually wait for the sales to buy their things as I use them for my Pilates and I’m not kidding, there the most comfiest, softest and best fitting leggings and vests I’ve ever bought so well worth the money. Unfortunately the Sunderland store where I live doesn’t have the Gold label section but Newcastle does so I often go there for the clothes but still prefer my own store or Gateshead Metrocentre for the homeware as they also have a Homesense which Sunderland doesn’t. My favourite Homesense&TKMAX store is in Harlow Essex which is where my husband is from so whenever we visit family and friends there I always try to spend a few hours shopping in their store and never leave empty handed😊
