How to Draw Indian Skin Tone using Colored Pencils ? (Prismacolor Portrait Set)
Drawing skin with colored pencils is quite tricky, it involves choosing suitable colors and layering them consciously to get the desired results.
Here in this drawing tutorial am using prisamcolor portrait set pencils to draw Indian skin tone. Indian skin tone is mix of lot of colors like, yellow, pink, brown, beige etc., I use burnishing method to get soft skin texture.
Colors that are used in this drawing:
Sand, Beige, Light umber, Salmon pink, Dark brown, Cream, white, Terra cotta, Burnt Sienna

Thank you 😊. With out any practice I just tried making colored portraits, 1 & 2nd portrait what I made with colored pencils was quite ok but I did know how to get the realistic skin look so I have watched several CZcams tutorials and then tried 3rd portrait which turned out very good

You are using much colors for Indian brown skin and I am using this technique in 2×2cm box fitting face with light brown color only . But can we make using this color only 1 color nowadays ?

Hi, it is difficut to get natural looking skin tone with only one color, skin is combination of many different layers, it dose not give realistic look with only one color
