In front of every faithful paladin is an Angel, _SIR._
Means he was over leveled. Not only that but he had like every bis item
Fun fact: the simulacrum spell basically creates a copy of you, just level-drained. If you cast restoration on the simulacrum, the negative levels are removed, and they are literally a perfect copy of you, levels and all.

You can petrify the dragon using the Wand of Wonder, turn him back using Stone to Flesh, and then kill him. You'll get all of his loot + twice the XP.
But why? Even if you add in 5 custom characters, there is enough experience to get everybody almost to the level cap. Without the customs, you can cap everybody without cheese. I suppose if you had custom characters and mod npcs, you might want to eke out every last scrap, but still.
Just get an autoclicker and spam the rest button overnight in a low threat zone. Exp issues solved.

It was pretty evenly matched I guess; if the character had been a step further into the realm of whirlwind attacks then it would have been an unfair matchup for the dragon.

How did you get Mirror Image, does the ring only need to be in your inventory to work?
I had Ilbratha equiped but was not wielding it.
I’m also running a Cavalier. I’m about halfway thru the first game rn. I’ve been building my character to wield Carsomyr, but then I did some reading on the second game and found out Keldorn could probably use it better. Would Lilarcor be a good substitute great sword for my cavalier character? Great video btw
Been a while so I don't remember the stats on Lilarcor, but you can get it really early and he adds a lot of character hehe. So yeah, definitely pick it up.
Keldorn sucks - if you wanna use him give him Firetooth and sit him in the back line.
@@Jvstm You have no clue, young squire. True sight is the best divination spell, and Keldorn Dispel magic is considered at level 40 which makes it the single best antimagic against powerful mages/liches/dragons of the game, most experts believing it OP. This combined with natural immunity to hold, paralyse, stun, fear, charm and Keldorn plate of free action immune to slow, web, entengle etc... makes him unstoppable, incorruptible, and one of the best companions of the game.

Their ability to dispel pretty much all magic is irrelevant against the 95% of the game that doesn't include Mages. And against that 95% of the game, a Wizard Slayer is better across the board because it will do more damage. Period.
I don't even think Wizard Slayer is that great - I just think Inquisitor is that shitty. Yeah it's better against Mages but honestly how often do you fight powerful Mages? Hell, like 99% of the damage you'll take in ToB is raw physical.
@@Jvstm That 95% is the simple part. That 95% is exactly where you don't any help, that you can manage with half decent party of low levels. The difficult part is the 5% of Dragons, Liches, high level mages. Most good players consider Keldorn makes the game too easy because his dispel and true sight nullifies those 5% of strongest ennemies including Kangaax. Thus your first comment is particularly incorrect.

LOOOOOL lvl 18 with Som deva xD you can afk and let the deva kill drake
With a Planetar or Deva it's an unfair fight.
Deva is not that great and you can replace it with lesser summons as a distraction to equivalent effect.
How are you able to summon a aerial servant with your wisdom
Paladins don't need the wisdom stat for their spells

over leveled. There is no fun playing BG without XP CAP. Specially without SCS. Just use Tweak Anthology and set that XP cap again. When You're done with underdark you will be level 40 otherwise .
