Are you ready to move out of your comfort zone? Well maybe its time to "Live the Life you Love"
Oh wow Kris and Mike..this was the best goodnight story I've had for a very long time.
I'm sure your grandchildren love being close to you and, to the Ecuadorian wonderland 🤗 Thanks millions for sharing 🌹🌹🌹
Thanks very much for your kind words.
Seriously great videos and pics. You guys have a great eye!
Thanks very much
That was beautiful. I have a stressful week ahead, and this joy was exactly what I needed. Thank you.
Ah thanks so much 😀

Too kind. Thanks 👍
Beautiful Mike! Thanks for sharing! See you soon!
Thanks glad you enjoyed it. And btw this is the hottest month and also a little hotter because of El Nino.
That bit where the insect flies at you is funny stuff Mike! 🤣
Yes I screamed like a girl when it attacked me. Lol
What wonderful photography! Thank you
Thanks very much 🙏
Ahhh paradise and a life worth full of appreciation, very enchanting.
Thanks 👍
Muchas gracias! Love it!...❤
Thanks 👍
The bird at minute mark 4:36 Roufas headed chachalaca . I hear these birds calling out on some mornings and it always makes me laugh because it sounds like they are repeating the phrase, WTF, WTF, over and over. Cracks me up everytime lol.
Lol 🤣. They certainly don't have a pretty sound. Thanks for watching.
Beautiful photos made my day. Good job on the pics.🦜🦜
Thanks so much
@@KrisandMike Thank you from a fellow Ontarian living in Haliburton but looking to go and live elsewhere and looking at Ecuador.
@@canadianeasybid That's great 👍. Thanks for watching.
Beautiful pictures, should copyright some of those and do postcards to sell.
Thanks for your kind words 🙏
I like birds. I think it's worth noting that even though Ecuador is smaller in land area than Nevada, the US's seventh largest state, Ecuador has about twice as many bird species compared to the whole of the US.
Very true. Thanks for watching 🙏
Wow, what an awesome collection of photos and the presentation is phenomenal! Thanks for sharing.
Thanks for your kind words 🙏
Amazing creatures! Beautiful sites ❤️
🙏 thanks
Love that vid you two! Cant wait to visit very soon and take some of my own! I really appreciate your content, and short vids too.
Thanks 👍
WOW,,,,,,you are lucky to have visitors. I've found, living off the beaten path visitors are few and far between. Sadly/surprisingly.
We have four groups coming through in the next couple of months. Busy season
@@KrisandMike You go!!! Terrific.
@@KrisandMike Did the grandkids come unaccompanied, by themselves? You met at airport ?
did they fly into Guaquil or Manta ?
@@BPe-ie9je Much better to fly into Guayaquil as there are so many more flight options.
Amazing Ecuador!🇪🇨
Yup we love it here 😀
I can only add to the praise - beautiful pictures! Are these all near where you live or different parts of Ecuador?
What is your camera gear?
Enjoy the grand kids!
Most of the photography was done on the coast. I have a Nikon P950 and I use Topaz products in Post.
Wonderful! Did you need to travel far from your home to find these or are they pretty much in your area?
Most of these pictures are in yard or near our house. Amazing place.
great nature vid, thats what i like to see, any new condos in San Hose area?
Thanks. I have not seen any great ones recently. Keep your eye on mls-ecuador under Olon area.
Such beautiful photos and video. I was especially excited to hear the rufous headed chachalaca! We live in Puerto Cayo and I hear them (usually after a night rain) across the road from our house. I have always thought it was some sort of strange frogs. Now I know what we're hearing! Still have yet to see them. ❤
mike love ur shots with that 950, wowwww what a zoom distance, were some done in macro also?
Some were macro or with my phone. Post processing is the key.
really the phone grrrr, thought more were from that fancy 920 camera.how do u like it ? ic it has a zoom of 2000m wowwww@@KrisandMike
@@randymelville9597 It's a Nikon P950. Yes upto 2000 zoom and still light enough to carry around. That flexibility comes at a cost. It has a small sensor so in low light there is lots of noise. Most things like that can be fixed in post. It also has 4k video.
Thank you for this video. I'm curious about the situation with the rains by where you are. I'm reading the news, but, as usual, only the worse of the worst gets reported. How are things by you? And crime wise, have you noticed any difference by you? Thanks!
Crime statistics continue to get better. The big news has been flooding by the rains. We have a few areas near here where people have been affected. Not huge numbers but enough to be concerned. No rain last night so will improve today.
That snake was slowly devouring whole the poor iguana for dinner.. yikes😮
It gave up after awhile. Lol.
