Faith in What?
#. Faith, faith, faith in ourselves, faith, faith in God---this is the secret of greatness. If you have faith in the three hundred and thirty millions of your mythological gods, and in all the Gods which foreigners have now and again introduced into your midst, and still have no faith in yourselves, there is no salvation for you. Have faith in yourselves, and stand up on that faith and be strong; that is what we need.
#. The Vedanta teaches men to have faith in themselves first. As certain religions of the world say that a man who does not believe in a Personal God outside of himself is an atheist, so the Vedanta says, a man who does not believe in himself is an atheist. Not believing in the glory of our own soul is what the Vedanta calls atheism.
#. He is an atheist who does not believe in himself. The old religions said that he was an atheist who did not believe in God. The new religion says that he is an atheist who does not believe in himself. But it is not selfish faith, beause the Vedanta, again, is the doctrine of Oneness. It means faith in all, because you are all.
Need of Faith
#. The ideal of faith in ourselves is of the greatest help to us. If faith in ourselves had been more extensively taught and practised, I am sure a very large portion of the evils and miseries that we have, would have vanished. #. Throughout the history of mankind, if any motive power has been more potent than another in the lives of all great men and women, it is that of faith in themselves. Born with the consciousness that they were to be great, they became great.
#. We can see that all the difference between man and man is owing to the existence or non-existence of faith in himself. Faith in ourselves will do everything. I have experienced it in my own life, and am still doing so, and as I grow older that faith is becoming stronger and stronger. #. It is the great faith which will make the world better. I am sure of that. He is the highest man who can say with truth, "I know all about myself".
#. Losing faith in one's self means losing faith in God.
#. We have lost faith in ourselves. Therefore to preach the Advaita aspect of the Vedanta is necessary to rouse up the hearts of men, to show them the glory of their souls. It is therefore that I preach this Advaita, and I do so not as a sectarian, but upon universal and widely acceptable grounds.
#. Let a man go down as low as possible; there must come a time when out of sheer desperation he will take an upward curve and will learn to have faith in himself. But it is better for us that we should know it from the very first. Why should we have all these bitter experiences in order to gain faith in ourselves?
#. This faith in themselves was in the hearts of our ancestors, this faith in themselves was the motive power that pushed them forward and forward in the march of civilisation, and if there has been degeneration, if there has been defect, mark my words, you will find that degeneration to have started on the day our people lost faith in themselves.
#. Whether dualistic, qualified monistic, or monistic, they all firmly believe that everything is in the soul itself; it has only to come out and manifest itself. Therefore this Shraddha is what I want, and what all of us here want, this faith in ourselves, and before you is the great task to get that faith.
How to cultivate Faith?
#. Do you know how much energy, how many powers, how many forces, are still lurking behind that frame of yours? What scientist has known all that is in man? Millions of years have passed since man came here, and yet but one infinitesimal part of his powers has been manifested.
#. How do you know what possibilities lie behind that degradation on the surface? You know but little of that which is within you. For behind you is the ocean of infinite power and blessedness.
#. Be not afraid of anything. You will do marvellous work. The moment you fear, you are nobody. It is fear that is the great cause of misery in the world. It is fear that is the greatest of all superstitions. It is fear that is the cause of our woes, and it is fearlessness that brings heaven even in a moment.
#. If a man, day and night, thinks he is miserable, low and nothing, nothing he becomes. If you say yea, yea, "I am, I am", so shall you be;
#. We are the children of the Almighty, we are the sparks of the infinite, divine fire. How can you be nothings? We are everything, ready to do everything, we can do everything, and man must do everything.
#. Have faith that you are all, my brave lads, born to do great things! Let not the barks of puppies frighten you, no, not even the thunderbolts of heaven, but stand up and work!
#. We are the sons of Light and children of God. Glory unto the Lord, we will succeed.
#. March on, the Lord is our General.

Pure heart,, pure mind,, pure bhakti & pure love can conquer everything.........
Such a great blessing to have these messages transcend time and distance to be delivered freely into the privacy and sanctity of my home studio. 🕉🕉🕉🕉
Thank you very much mother for reminding me that, I am the chosen one, as in this lifetime I was blessed with the emotion and feeling to progress towards God🥲❤️🌺📿💜💕
Om namah shivaya 📿🪷🛕
As Mataji points out: " No Jnani has been able to leave it out " (speaking of Bhakti)
Put another way: To know God is to love God To love God is to know God. Faith grows in the crucible of good practice.
As Swami Vivekananda points out in regard to Bhakti in Volume 3 Chapter 3 of his complete works: "He no more reasons and believes, he almost perceives. He no more argues, he senses. And is not this seeing God, and feeling God, and enjoying God higher than everything else?" Such a lovely truth!
If you really want bhakti then you must do one think.which work you are doing there should be 100% your mind n energy second think your work must be harmless for the people then you love your work .It makes you happy then you will feel that you are the ful of bhakti...
dhanyavad maathaji,
maatru Devo bhava🙏🏻
I think I just found a new teacher! I look forward to hearing more lectures from this mataji. Hare Krsna!
Change ur name please
@@sachinkumarmeena5356 Why? Does my name offend you? I'm sorry if it does. If you knew what you were asking, you would probably reconsider asking a total stranger who happens to love Shri Krsna to change his screen name. Since you could not ascertain the meaning of the name I chose on your own, the name represents and expresses my humility in front of His greatness. I am nothing without Him. Neither are you. We are all zeros without Krishna. Good day.
@@Krishnasdog my dear friend neither i am offended by ur name nor by ur message but the word "dog" was little bit inappropriate.I respect ur surrender to almighty and the beautiful message u convened me.Have peaceful time🙏🙏🙏🙏

It's impossible for any human to survive on planet earth without the grace of God.
Mother Divine's explanation to surrender to God through love, bhakti can only make us realise that God is our only true friend and forgetfulness would only lead to disaster.
🙏🙏

🙏🙏🙏
🙏🙏🙏🙏
Develop bhakti by elevated purity of emotions like count blessings granted to us by God...go on counting God's blessings. Step by step we will develop Faith ( bhakti). How a baby develops faith in mother? Baby perceives mother's kindness, Love and care...
This helps the baby's faith in mother to grow...
Similarly learning to perceive God's grace on us we start growing bhakti...in our Almighty God
Many thanks madam

How ,when, where we can attend such lectures which are being delivered by Maa Divyanandprana.Any guidelines please share. Jay swamiji🌈🌹
I wanted to enquire about the same , kindly if anyone has any information please provide it here.
I don't know how it happened. I was practicing sadhana, contemplating God then my "I" disappeared and it was like the weight of the world came off of me. Suddenly it seems so effortless because I am not involved in anything. I don't have any karma or a life or anything. I no longer have to make any decisions because I never did to begin with. It is all God working in this body and in every other body as well. Everything is perfect as it is. There is absolutely nothing to struggle with because God is all and in all.
🙏🕉🙏🕉🙏🕉🙏🕉🙏🕉❤
Mataji Namaskar, you are guiding light for us. I have noticed in your Pravachan many times you mentioned Ramana Maharishi name. My humble request to you please give pravachan on Updeshsaar of Ramana Maharishi.

'Healthy body you say"I'm paraplegic and suffer from horrible pain on both legs I suffered this as an adult. "Healthy mind" as child dad was alcoholic beat on my mother and me. I've had countless trauma In my 37 years on this earth. How am I supposed to have faith.? I want liberation but probably for the wrong reasons...I would not want to come back to suffer again. But since I lack faith I dont see that happening any time soon.
Mam who never know the father's love will respect a true thing may be God,human, guru.

Pranam Maa 🙏💐🕉️🇮🇳
Maa l am not able to Kindle any kind of love, faith or respect towards those Gods in our culture who are in human form, the reason may be that since my childhood ,I have heard and watched so many mythological TV serials where the stories(l don't know if right or wrong) told about these deities have raised many doubts and questions in my mind n if put precisely I find out many faults regarding these personalities like Rama, Krishna,Shiva,Indra,Vishnu etc n I don't find anyone who can answer all my queries or correct me if I m wrong with something substantial.. So I would like to know about the formless god,the nirakara , to that formless I want to get devoted to.... please direct me towards this,I don't feel like to participate in the rituals performed in my family, this often creates stress in the family, Maa please help me, I want to reach God and not just get entangled in rituals(though I know there is a whole science behind these rituals developed by our yogis but neither my parents can explain it to me nor I have an access to any genuine priest who can shed light on the science behind it) or the myths or tales related to these Gods, generating conflicts, disrespect and frustration in my mind,... I want to worship the formless God, please help me...plz guide me Maa.....🙏
Dear, I don't know your age but I liked your straightness in your question. I have a child of 16 years and I am a Hindu. I am a lecturer basically. I also had doubts like you when I was young and I used to feel the same. But I had bhakti. Even I asked many questions but no one answered. Slowly I nurtured my bhakti. And I started getting answers from within. But it needs deep faith. One day I have come across a saying of Swami Vivekananda which says all the knowledge is within you. That's true. We always seek outside for answers. But actual knowledge is within Us. One thing needs deep craving to know the answers.
Then now coming to your question, Bhagwad Geeta suggested four ways to get what you seek. One is bhakti, Karma, gnyana and dhyana. Whatever your heart says follow it. Bhakti is faith in God.
Karma is doing your duties (Dharma) without any expectations. We have five basic Dharma to perform. If you are interested in this I will further tell you what they're.
Gnyana means seeking self awareness through study of various scriptures. And not by watching TV serials and making opinions please.
Dhyana is through meditation.
I think last one suits you. Please go to any brahmakumari center. They will teach you meditation. You don't have to become a brahmakumari to learn meditation there. They have a ten days course.
Hope this will be useful to you.
is there a school or institution that teaches everything about the mind, yoga or spiritual practices? thank you
Yes! Maybe reach a Brahma kumaris centre or Vedanta society centre nearby you
@@apoorvsrivastava6483 I would strongly suggest vedanta society, Definitely NOT BRHAMA KUMARI.
Ramakrishna mission/Vedanta center in west
You should be empty (egoless) to perceive...
Is it possible to see God visually?
Shree Ramakrishna said that with physical eyes no, but because of Sadhana you will have new eyes (new sense organ) by which one can see God.
Yes, try to see good in each creation of God

U a shia ?
@@sumandas2986 no Jesus is my lord
Whom are you refering to as 'swamiji' and 'thakurji' ?
Swamiji = Swami Vivekananda
Thakur = Sri Ramakrishna
Thank you
Can someone please tell me who is Takur???
Thakur is a respectful way to address Shri Ramakrishnaji, the guru of Swami Vivekanandji.
@@mansingkamansingka8717 Thank you much. I am a big fan of the Advaitic path, Ramakrishna and Vivekananda. These details matter to me. God bless you. 🙏
You are beautiful 😍
I thought Advaita preaches about Reality that is beyond personality and Impersonality too
Why some gurus are telling there is no god ???
Because they have limited knowledge... one who has limited knowledge how can that person make other person understand about unlimited....think about it.
audience don hv much time pursuit bakthi 😂
