Hey yall! Here are my thoughts on the newest collection at bath and body works as well as my haul from the mist sale. I hope you enjoy!

I agree with you on Wrapped In Vanilla. I like it, but don’t think it’s some ultimate vanilla gourmand scent like so many are saying. I also get a fruity, perfumey undertone to it. And it’s not that strong. To me, the best vanilla gourmand scent that BBW has right now is Christmas Cookies. I think the almond note in CC makes it deeper and more long lasting, at least on my skin.

Girl I really wish that’s what I smelled! The mist is so off to me but the lotion and body creams do smell better and more cupcake like!

I totally agree,for me for my skin it performs amazing,i looove this wrapped in vanilla, better than any of Rihanna’s fenty creams.
Ladies u have to pair wrapped in vanilla with KayAli vanilla 28, trust me 🥰

I had a similar experience with Beach Nights where a lot of people loved it and everytime I smelled it I just didn't get marshmallow. Only when I went to a store about an hour away I found one that was heavy on the sweetness. I keep thinking the differrences in scent are due to batch variations🤔
I’m starting to think the same thing!!! This happens so regularly with candles and I think now it’s happening with body care 😩
Right me the same with Beach nights! I could smell the marshmallow on a friend but on me it was a mess-- absolutely zero of the "s'mores" smell came thru. Wrapped in Vanilla is deftly NOT the top vanilla
And also the new Starlit Night faceted this year last longer and more potent than last year after repackage! I was like woah last year smelled good but was super weak. Literally only lasted 20 seconds on skin
I am disappointed with Wrapped in Vanilla as well. I grabbed 2 because I thought I would love it. I just sprayed it again, and it smells like faint vanilla mixed with bread or a tortilla to me 😂 (I guess thats how my brain is picking up the "cake" scent) I'm gonna try to layer it. I really need them to make a new strong vanilla scent!

I ordered wrapped In vanilla online the other day and because I was impatient I decided to go I store today to grab a backup and…. I hated it 😂 I was so disappointed

So funny you said that. Whenever I wear bare vanilla from Victoria Secret my 8 year old daughter tells me I smell like flour tortillas 😂
I got 9 mist. Today when I picked up my order they had a Christmas Cookies spray and lotion just one of each for 40% off. I grabbed it with the quickness because I refuse to buy it online and pay for shipping only for my stuff to be lost in my building!
Forever Red is one of my favorite scents from BBW. I'm glad it came back I will be stocking up on it during SAS

I returned Wrapped in Vanilla. It didn't last long. I was so disappointed. I did get a bunch of mists though. That $4.25 was 🌞
We will probably see it for SAS! I’m still on the fence about wrapped in vanilla and I’m sad about it lol
Oooo but lastly I was pleasantly impressed w blush cardigan I wore it with Juliette has a gun lipstick fever and VS sugar fluer it was bomb 💥 but they can keep wrapped in vanilla it was a pass it smells like cake not vanilla… doesn’t compare to VS bare vanilla or even pink basic vanilla ijs ☺️
Hey love, I’m definitely enjoying the Wrapped in Vanilla, now do I think 🤔 BBW could be doing their job better as far as… Quality?! Most definitely! I’m tired of so many inconsistent batches?! Like what in the world 😅 It doesn’t happen to laundry detergent, or Dawn etc, those have fragrance. But yet I totally feel most recently BBW’s team the chemist especially isn’t BRINGING NOTHING NEW! Then the scents are given names to hype us up, for nothing!! It’s a mash up like the candles, more money 💰 but the scents are getting lighter and lighter, longevity been gone! I remember back in the day you could wear a FFM by itself and only touch up throughout the end of a work day! Now I be spraying every hour seems like! I wish I could make a FFM many different variations of Vanilla, just some yummy, lasting, projecting, and doesn’t break our bank! I do love Cozy evening for my night shower that lavender knock ✊🏼 me out 😂😂 Stay blessed sis sending positive vibes your way 🫶🏼

@@isabellemarienoelle Sadly the FFM & some body creams are higher 😏 you can’t even use a reward anymore?!? The price is high and the scent is light! No lasting power, so annoying! I been running through my FFM, that never happened before? Anyone else? Btw Merry Christmas 🎄 everyone 🫶🏼
Agreed, Agreed, Agreed! I just knew that WIV body mist was going to have me in a chokehold...not! That fruity scent they put in there made me walk smooth away. I didn't sign up for fruity vanilla. I'll try the cream since you gave that one your seal of approval. Thanks for your reviews!

It’s funny because wrapped in vanilla almost took me on a ride like the kayali did because it kept changing on me lol I’m wearing it today to see if it still smells the same as when I tested it out

I feel the same way about Snowflakes and cashmere I'm Wearing this year's version today and it's not performing like the old version and I'm a little disappointed I was really looking forward to this it's one of my favorites. I'm saving my old ones because I just love the scent. I was late to the Forever Red to I pick it up Last SAS and was pleasantly surprised but I was only able to get the FFM so I was happy to snag it as well as rhe body cream. I purchased Blush Cardigan and wrapped in Vanilla I'm just waiting to purchase the body cream.
Yes girl this snowflakes and cashmere may be getting swapped out lol I still have three bottles of the older ones so I think I’ll be okay 🤣

I’m with u blush cardigan I didn’t expect to like it let alone love it. This is my favorite I only purchased I bought 2 wrapped in vanilla I don’t like it they are going back. I’m buying back ups of Blushed Cardigan I love it that much.

I am loving sweet whiskey. I am a woodsy musk amber girl. I think in going to pair must with sunrise woods or wicked vanilla and see how that pairs. Great video

Forever Red is my absolute fave #1 BBW fragrance! I love it so much! I wish they would bring back the perfume tho 😢 as it was so good. But I like to layer it with Eu De Juice Unfiltered eau de Parfum 💣 combo! But I can’t wait to hear your layering combos! 😊
I love Forever Red as well. Wish I had gotten the perfume but they discontinued it around the time I got into it.

My Sista I just came from Bath and bodyworks Cinnamon and Sandalwood smell so good also I bought Midnight Amber glow I am going to put some cologne on to make it come out even more✌🏾

I heard someone else say that she smelled berries. I'm not really a fan of fruity scents. So, mine will be returned if it's not as warm and gourmand as so many people are saying. I hope you feel better. ❤

That's crazy ppl smell PINK chiffon in the wrapped in vanilla. I get just a super warm gourmand vanilla. Almost too warm. I had to let it dry down before I actually liked it. And mine is pretty strong. Def seems like there are batch issues. They need to get it together 🤨

I feel the same, not a huuuge Baccarat/into the Stars lover...BUUUT: definitely try to layer it with Pink Sugar Parfum or Kayali Vanilla|28...sooooo good together

Wrapped in vanilla to me was not at all what I was expecting. People were saying it smells like a vanilla frosting or whipped cream and based on the notes I thought so too. But it smelled like cinnamon to me as well as christmas cookies. I didnt get that vanilla cake icing aspect I was hoping
Yes it was weird at first and I still prefer the body crème but the body mist has gotten a lot better since the first time I purchased it

Hi. I still want to try that Wrapped in Vanilla but probably won't buy as much as I thought I would. It depends on how it smells on me...I love Forever Red! U think the faceted one is pretty they had one where the bottle was kinda square shaped and a plastic or metal bow. I hated when I lost or broke my bow.... Enjoyed as always! Looking forward to the combo video! Tfs!

It has to be batch issues. My wrapped in vanilla FFM smells exactly like the lotion and body cream to me but for scents like forever red and strawberry snowflakes, I barely get any scent

Hi Bohu, you are about the only person that can help me with this comparison. I got wrapped in vanilla the body cream and for some reason it reminds me of boardwalk marshmallow clouds… am I remembering wrong? I feel like if it had berry in it it would be like boardwalk taffy.

Ugh this is frustrating. I did the math and knew I could get 8 mists for that price because I also had the 10 off of 35 but I'm bad at math so I asked my husband if the math is right and I guess he was calculating tax into it or something because he said it would be way more than what I thought so I just got 5 for 23 bucks. So I literally could have gotten 3 more for just 5 extra bucks. Next time I'm just gunna trust my own math lol smh

Blush cardigan…went all acetone on my skin. First time that happened lol. And it was so strong too lol. Wrapped in vanilla I got some fruit in it too. Told my sis it smelled like fruitcake on me. No bad but not expected.
It irks me that everybody is having a different experience lol I know we all smell different things but at the same time I really am starting to feel like bath and body works isn’t being consistent with body care they produce 🥲😭
what do you mean you layer it with body cream and the lotion? do you put them on at the same time ?
Layering just means using lots of different products to make the scent stronger 💚 so using a shower gel, then a body cream, then body mist, then perfume etc

Blushed Cardigan actually surprised me too! I loved how it smelled and I plan on getting it either SAS/$5.95 sale. Whichever comes first. And girl either I was blind or just not paying attention but I didn't see a Wrapped in Vanilla in my store. I may go and smell it but if you don't care for it that much I probably won't either! 😂
