Full body restoration including painting, electroplating, and buffing. This time-lapse shows the step-by-step process of dismantling and rebuilding a bike to its original glory.
Ramesh(Ramesh Autoworks) is the expert mechanic located in Kamanahalli , Bangalore with over 3 decades of experience restoring and maintaining all models of Jawa Yezdi bikes for his delighted customer across Bangalore and many cities in South India.
He took 70mins to bring down the entire bike and invested about 3hrs rebuilding it to the exact glory it once had in 1996.
The painting buffing and electroplating are done by @Dhanalakshmi customs and are a purely a work of art and passion by the entire team on the whole

I got the paint job, chrome, buffing and bought the required spares, tyres, tubes, rims and various parts to restore it. Spent about 75k.
