I say let her stay at Hybe. Can you imagine her walking into the building, how other staff and artists will now look at her? Uncomfortable and awkward is an understatement.
HYBE should make it as difficult as legally possible for her. Like you say, change her office location or move others in to share. Charge for services that may have been offset before. All those resources that she has enjoyed or negotiated deals because of her association with Hybe, remove all that. She will find it is not so easy when you have to source and fund everything yourself. Just like Bang PD did for BTS.

Basically it comes down to 3 things.
1. This case wasn't to determine legal guilt of criminal acts, so all she needed to do was provide evidence that suggests she may not be found guilty.
2. There is plausible deniability in that her plans never became action, basically because she didn't follow through she could say well "I realised it was wrong and changed my mind, I wasn't going to do it."
3. Because MHJ does not have stock in Hybe but exclusively in Ador, breech of trust must imply harm to Ador and not Hybe at large, which as she had not inflated stocks or leaked info about Ador or cut New jeans.
Don't worry Hybe can get petty and the only reason they wouldn't would be in an attempt to paint themselves in a better light to the public. Because them treating her well after a court told the world that she did harm Hybe and her still complaining would only serve them better.
I agree her life is getting ready to be h$ll. The sky is the limit if they implement new policies to all CEO’s. The other CEO’s have already come out team HYBE. She is a sitting duck.

The contract had a "loophole" which only stated harm to Ador, did not extend harm to Hybe, the parent company!!!!! She did not win the case. She just obtained the injunction. The Court did recognize her betrayal to Hybe. She got the injunction because the Court said, she may have betrayed Hybe by she did not betray Ador. So basically the Court granted her injuction against Hybe because her employer is Ador not Hybe. But, the ultimate findings of the court is that it is apparent that she is a traitor to Hybe.

Illit was a group that no one requested. Even before MHJ came out and blamed them, people were comparing Illit to NJ. Hybe currently does not properly audit any of the companies. If Hybe had supervised properly, fromis 9 would get the money it deserves on time. Hybe's management style is poorly. If there was a company like Hybe in the West, they would have pulled the plug long ago.

Forget the premium for the 16th floor, move ALL labels based on how much revenue they earn for Hybe. That way 16th floor goes to BTS, 15th floor would go to Pledis, Ador on the 13th floor. As she makes decisions using a shaman, the 13th floor would be appropriate.

here's an interesting scenario: min heejin's cohorts no longer have the corporate protection of ador or hybe. the kpolice are pursuing a criminal investigation against min heejin. the kpolice pick up min heejin's cohorts and do what kpolice are known to do. min heejin's cohorts confess to the kpolice to get a deal to save their own skins, or at least, lessen the charges against them. so they throw min heejin under the bus. that's probably why she looked dazed and stressed in her performance conference despite proclaiming that she "won."

Hybe got the court to state, Hybe cannot pursue criminal investigation per her contract, only the police can!!!! So the criminal complaint Hybe filed against her in April, the court basically gave FULL JURISDICTION to the police for this criminal investigation to proceed. This is actually the worst case scenario for MHJ. She is stuck there surrounded by people to hate her. She has been stripped of all of her power. And she is still up on the criminal charges. The judge told Hybe they have a good case on the criminal charge. Once that case moves forward, Hybe can dump her.
Worst case scenario is that she spends some time in jail.

The fact that there was people celebrating it as if it was something important when it's not LOL, she just bought herself a little more time, but that's it. The court ruled that she's guilty of trying to harm Hybe and their other groups as we already knew. She's done for, i hope Hybe gives her hell by controlling her every move now making her life miserable as she deserves, and after knowing that that group also supports the attack on the other gg i wish for them to be put aside and stay frozen in the Hybe deposite until their contract expires. Wouldn’t matter you don’t spend a large chunk on advertising. There are things you have to consider beforehand, you don’t just Willy Billy make ads. You think about who you want, where to try and acquire them, etc. plus you wouldn’t even go over 10% of your budget and it wouldn’t come from profits.

He gave Mhj, some celebratory run, then took it away by saying that you are only getting that because as CEO of Ador, it is good for you to stay and learn loyalty since there's proof that you betrayed Hybe; and it will be you to seek for Hybe to come to an agreement with you so that you can work together again. He aslo gave Hybe the chance to dismiss her by saying, I know you can afford $14m, it is upto you to give it to her or not. Why in the world is the judge looking at Ador as a separate unit, it’s under HYBE! Are they really that dense, blind or paid off? Ador is under HYBE, even depend on the financials from HYBE, certainly didn’t create it with her own money! Did they order her to give back the laptop or they overlook that too? Hybe has several options without firing her (very costly at this point: $14 million fine, pay out remainder of contract and buy back her stock). Cheaper to neutralize her power as they did today, they could suspend her with pay pending the outcome of the police investigation and criminal charges, they could possibly move the contract of New Jeans to another label within Hybe, and they need to ensure another sub-label executive does not pull the same stunt. It is bad, but if Bang PD gets his house in order and makes the labels more collaborative and equitable to what they bring into the company, instead of adversarial, this will be remembered as simply growing pains in years to come.
I don't think they even need to go all 'mean girls' mode on them at all... simply take away all the priviledges they enjoyed before and treat them as everyone else, that'll be enough to get under their skin.... OR also, just don't say hi to them, we know they can't even take that....reality's about to hit so damn hard for them....
