    The house has many features imported from the US including all lighting, sinks, bathtubs, faucets, overhead fans, and tile work. All interior fans are Minka Aire.Exterior fans are all Hunter Douglas. House and casita/mother-in-law unit include all appliances, (GE ¾ HP) garbage disposals, dishwashers, and custom window blinds. Refrigerators are LG brands. Gas ranges are LG brand. Microwave is also an LG brand. All cabinets are solid wood construction. The upper cabinets have frosted glass fronts. All countertops are Silestone quartz. All backsplashes in the kitchen and bathroom are 4x4” ceramic tile imported from the US and Mexico. All faucets and Delta brand. Large utility room includes LG front-loading washing machine and dryer. Sony 4K HDR Smart Flat screen TVs mounted flush throughout both homes. Beautiful tile flooring throughout both homes. The main house has a huge office with built-in shelving and drawers. All bedrooms are king-size suites.
    The main house and casita/mother-in-law unit both have full chef’s kitchens with gas stoves for cooking. Both the main house and casita have Zephyr 400 SCFM range exhaust hoods vented to the outside.
    22K Generac generator with automatic switch runs both homes if there is an outage.

    Upgraded Spanish tile roof with upgraded structural support steel framing.
    Sealed roof construction for bat prevention. With installed lights in the attic area.
    Outside shower in carport area.
    Installed patio and pool lighting and carport lighting.
    Installed water drain system for upper patio and pool patio area.
    Installed side concrete retaining walls to enclose the pool and patio areas.
    All pool equipment is provided and installed in an enclosed locked room under the carport.
    The visitor parking area is at the rear of the property next to the carport.
    All interior and exterior paint is Sherwin Williams.

      Maybe in your opinion, the cost of build was approx US750000, and add the furniture and all appliances thats another US50,000; this is the lowest cost home in Gran Pacifica with similar size and this is a new home build in 2019.
