The house has many features imported from the US including all lighting, sinks, bathtubs, faucets, overhead fans, and tile work. All interior fans are Minka Aire.Exterior fans are all Hunter Douglas. House and casita/mother-in-law unit include all appliances, (GE ¾ HP) garbage disposals, dishwashers, and custom window blinds. Refrigerators are LG brands. Gas ranges are LG brand. Microwave is also an LG brand. All cabinets are solid wood construction. The upper cabinets have frosted glass fronts. All countertops are Silestone quartz. All backsplashes in the kitchen and bathroom are 4x4” ceramic tile imported from the US and Mexico. All faucets and Delta brand. Large utility room includes LG front-loading washing machine and dryer. Sony 4K HDR Smart Flat screen TVs mounted flush throughout both homes. Beautiful tile flooring throughout both homes. Maybe in your opinion, the cost of build was approx US750000, and add the furniture and all appliances thats another US50,000; this is the lowest cost home in Gran Pacifica with similar size and this is a new home build in 2019.
