Kim Zolciak has been a complete disaster since the very first moment we met her on Housewives. I feel bad for her family. I hope she gets whatever kind of therapy she needs to straighten her out.
So proud of you Zack. Everyone should be open to listening to everyone and you shouldn't be mad or dislike anyone that doesn't think exactly the same as you do. How boring would that be if everyone thought the same/did the same things/believed the same way exactly as everyone else, that wouldn't be normal. But there are a lot of people who don't want to be friends with others that don't think exactly like they do. The problem with non compete agreements is that, in many, if you are let go/fired…you cannot work for another company in that space for a certain amount of time. So, imagine you are a manager in telecom sales or social media marketing. Your 10 years of experience is in that industry. If they lay you off, you can’t work for a company that your experience matches. You can’t move to theatres role somewhere else in your industry. It makes it super hard to get the next job as companies in other industries aren’t sure your experience works for them.

Well if I vote for him, that means my values no longer align with “the Party.” Sadly the “party” (either, really) isn’t a valid enough reason to choose a candidate, for me. I like to approach it from a well-rounded perspective, looking at the bigger picture, rather than die-hard loyalty to a “party”

That’s not necessarily true. From my lense, not voting for Biden means Biden doesn’t speak to my value system. And if a candidate fails to speak to me and the issues that matter to me, that means they are not worthy of my vote. I don’t vote based on blind-loyalty. I think blind loyalty to any party isn’t a wise choice.
