I was so excited for this video. Thanks for taking the time to film and edit so we can watch along.
Josh Lind Thank you for your continued support. We’re working on making longer, more detailed videos.
Rock on guys... Fairly new here but glad I found your channel

Hell yeah cant wait to see it in action
You guys have a really good channel great video
great video man keep it up :)
Seen the suburban and i had to subscribe!
I hope you keep the dovetail. I love square bodies and will have more in the future but performance over beauty.
Stay Reckless!
Looked like a scout there for a second
Awesome videos few questions what bender do you use, who's pre made brackets do you use,and who's joints and bungs ? Thanks
Edward Fast We use a Rogue Fab bender. We use a variety of brackets from Barnes4wd, Ballistic Fab, and Ruff Stuff. All the link joints on the Suburban are Barnes Enduro joints and heims for steering. The Ranger has Ballistic joints.
has there been any impacts yet on the front and if so how has the boxed mounts on the A-Pillar handled it?
Looks awesome!
Caught a little air on the front during the shakedown run. Haven’t had an issue yet. The door alignment hasn’t been great since owning it, but it hasn’t seemed to get any worse since the tube front was added.
@@RecklessWrenchGarage ok cool good to know, i am tempted to do something similar with my truck probably going to go a slightly different end game route though.
and i don't really recall a heavily modded 4x4 that i have been in that had doors aligned exactly unless it was a new build.
thanks for the reply and awesome videos! loving the fabricating and off-roading ones!

You should check out a guy called Doug bug on CZcams and his tutorial on bend tech pro. It is a awesome program
2.5" King Coilovers
14" Travel
200 over 250 springs
Both springs 14" long.
🤔 .... I am building a crew cab with a 454. (For me) I was thinking 250 over 350 on 12" travel. I should be close.
If you’re able to, I would recommend weighing the vehicle prior to choosing springs rates.
The more accurate your numbers, the closer you will be with the suspension setup from the start.
@@RecklessWrenchGarage .. copy that.. I'm just impatient 😄. I will be going with the Locked coilovers also. I have read good reviews on them.
try 4x4 broneo safari... sabah,,
What kind nitrogen is??
How do you know where to locate the coilovers
We knew where we wanted the body and axle to sit. Once we knew how much shock shaft we wanted at ride height, we figured out where to mount the coilovers.
what spring rate of both are you using? 500/400?
The Stuburban has 200/200 rear and 200/250 front. The ranger has had various spring rates.
What price range where the king shocks at just wondering
They were around 1200 for the front and 1300 for the rear. King has since increased their prices though.
RecklessWrenchGarage thanks guys love the Chanel one day my xj will have king shocks
challenge 4x4 broneo safari
so,,you got a 15k tube bender, but no $12 hood struts,priorities,priorities,..didnt the bender come with a book of math for your chevy front.??.
Watching it like a serial) great job guys!!! Awesome shocks, thanks for explanations
