There's many seasons in life, girlfriend. My parents started from absolute scratch. Sure they have a house, have had it for almost 50 years, it's long paid off. They even built an extension to our house to accommodate me and my disability; so I could have my own space and studio/apartment. I could have had government housing, but my parents wouldn't have it. They went through some hard times, and so did I, but you know what? Money issues do not last. It gets better as you go. It's tough in the beginning, it always is, but there will come a time where others will envy you for what you have, and have gathered financially. They forget that you have "history" in that sense and that it doesn't just come to you. Beware of those people!!! Anyway, good luck. I think you are doing amazing. Best of luck in the New Year.
