I have Jupiter in Pisces conjuct my Midheaven in Pisces. I didn't find exactly what I wanted to do until my 30's. You're right, I CANNOT work a 9-5 job to just pay the bills. It's torture and the universe always finds some way to remove it. I finally gave in and just focus on healing arts, counseling, and writing music.

But the Virgo elements like precision and focus and mental discipline are also a part of the job. I'm not satisfied with anything I've done, and it's funny, you said "have a private life outside of work - take a day to have fun" or what ever. But I imagine people I know that know me, and I think that even they know without trying to get me to do something aside from work; that I would just pull away and bury myself work for the entire year. I don't feel comfortable having time to myself anymore. I have South Node in Gemini (in the tenth house) and it's like that... I only want to do vocals when I'm not working my warehouse jobs. ...but that's my true passion, like I see myself as a messenger, and I only really know how to do screams or vocal distortion. I don't know how to sing. And in my opinion, that's also why I don't feel like anything is enough, I'm trying to match up with every vocalist I idolize. I feel like they would look down on me and my life. So like a kid, I keep getting angrier, screaming even harsher with each song. Wanting more than anything to be seen the way I want to be perceived. But I feel like a loser anyway. I don't really feel like I want to be known at all anymore because I believe I'm a failure. And I don't have any hope left to give to myself. To the person I felt I was meant to be.

Yes to almost everything. I’ve been feeling like I need to work for myself. My MC is in Capricorn. I have 9H cap moon, Saturn, Uranus, Neptune and 10H aqua mars, Venus, and NN. So majority of my chart is 9/10H dominant. I’m a sergeant in the military for over 14 years now as a medic. So very Neptune/ mars job. I love to look good in my uniform and take pride in how I look and being fit so very mars/venus. This also come with exactly what you mentioned about mars/saturn 10H. Always competition even when I’m just minding my own business in my own lane. Lots of blocks and so much hard work even harder than those who outrank me. I’m 6 years towards retirement and I will say things are getting easier because my mind is different. I know who I am. I love who I am, how I lead, and what I do.
I have a whole Pisces stellium with the sun loosely + south node and Jupiter being conjunct my MC (loosely trine my cancer moon & ascendant) plus mars & saturn in my 10th and I have been feeling soo lost on what to do while simultaneously knowing exactly what I want (acting) but lacking faith and believing in myself! I have Sun-Saturn conjunct a degree off my MC in Taurus. The description of the Sun is pretty accurate. The Taurus part definitely shows up in food (specifically the garden and growing abundant healthy food), but the fashion and luxury stuff is something that doesn't resonate with me at all. I always blame my Saturn for being treated like the "adultiest adult in the room." I only get accepted for roles where I am being a jack of all trades with no career direction when I'd rather be a specialist. Wherever the business needs help with. I definitely want to work for myself because I'm tired of having a high workload, low pay, and no career direction. I have worked in a heavy women dominated field. All my bosses have been women. I have Jupiter in Pisces conjuct my Midheaven in Pisces. I didn't find exactly what I wanted to do until my 30's. You're right, I CANNOT work a 9-5 job to just pay the bills. My midheaven is Capricorn, ( Neptune placement as well 10H ) I work a desk job in a cancer hospital and it's sooooooo draining. I did do retail management for years but decided to leave that in 2021 for more stability for my son.

I'm not satisfied with anything I've done, and it's funny, you said "have a private life outside of work - take a day to have fun" or what ever. But I imagine people I know that know me, and I think that even they know without trying to get me to do something aside from work; that I would just pull away and bury myself work for the entire year. I only get accepted for roles where I am being a jack of all trades with no career direction when I'd rather be a specialist. Wherever the business needs help with. I often get burnt out because of my boss' high expectations for me to do it all across multiple departments. I definitely want to work for myself because I'm tired of having a high workload, low pay, and no career direction. I have worked in a heavy women dominated field. All my bosses have been women. Most of them were careless to employee well-being which I didn't like the most. My ideal career field is marketing and I want to master my craft. I have good relationships with my co-workers. There's been very few bosses I actually liked. I was fired by my last boss who was the most incompetent manager I ever experienced.
