Hi Bruce, nice video again! Me and my grandson are going rogue this weekend! He is flying a mini2 and i'm flying a toy grade glider, hopefully we don't end up in jail these days 😂

As an xflight test pilot on supersonic fighter/bombers, could I suggest RC builders reduce their servo speeds by at least 65% which will reduce control overcorrections and hence landing accidents by at least 50%... in addition flights will look more authentic...

Ah well, it is spring so things *are* warming up. Now I'll just have to find a decent hill so I can slope soar with all the predicted westerly winds that they claim we'll be getting this summer.

Enjoy your summer. 2ft of snow already in Calgary. And i'm 14th on the list to join my closest field. Almost as bad as your council to keep a small group of like minded ppl only flying there.
I really enjoy your flying videos, you, Ron and the rest. I recall something I think is funny perhaps ironic about the Councils granting wings or taking them away. We are probably a bit unusual in somuch as nobody has a problem with people flying anything. We've had helis, gliders, nitro, gas, EDF, multirotors -- everything and we all enjoy either flying it or watching it. We celebrate that the hobby is so diverse that there's something for everyone. To quote one of my favourite movies "it's a bigg-assed sky" so there's room for everyone.

She lied to the nation then walked away with a lifetime of taxpayer-funded perks and millions of dollars in speaking engagements. The quintessential politician. In respect to CV19, while her motives may have initially been well-intended, she read far too much of her "mother Jacinda" publicity and totally lost the plot -- becoming far more focused on what's best for Jacinda's image than what was best for the people she was elected to serve. She resigned so that she didn't have to face the embarrassment of being tossed out on her ear (as her party was at the recent elections).

Hey Bruce, is there anything that has kicked off this attack on the hobby? Are people thinking because a drone in Ukraine can carry 'unsafe materials' that basic hobbyists are going to do something stupid?
Sadly the movitation behind most of the regulations that are crippling the hobby is $money$. Even sadder is that "safety" is being used as the excuse but it's not the reason.
