I experience some amazing conditions, from a snow covered Lake District village in the mist to the snow covered Lakeland peaks above the clouds giving up some extraordinary views! Heck of a lot of false summits on the way to Tarn Crag as I remember and amazing views you got from the top. You were spoilt on that ways walk, stunning views from high up and I remember doing the same walk but swapped Tarn Crag for High Raise and it was pitch back when I was walking down down the Easedale Road, cheers Alan
Definitely spoilt, I didn’t get many false summits on tarn crag, mainly because I was walking in pea soup 🤣 thanks for the watch Alan!
