I had bladder problems all through my 20s after having children exercises didn’t work and it got severe finally got an operation at 30 and changed my life so yes it definitely isn’t normal nor should no women have to put up with it and just accept it .

I like how much they’re showing respect for baby griffin - it’s nice to see a vlog channel that has been kiddos that when they get fussy they prioritize getting them into a safe spot and not in front of a camera I’ve seen some channels use their children’s most vulnerable moments for clickbait and it’s cool you all are focusing on him and also considering your channel and how it will be best for your family
Love this video, it’s so real. I love how you edit Matt, because you show us who you are together and it’s one of the main reasons why you’ve got a loyal fanbase. Authenticity is the way to go cause we can relate to it more and be even more inspired by it.
Also I agree, no spanking children! It does nothing good for them it’s such a useless tool to train a child. The best tool is your words and attention to help the children grow, just like how God is to us.❤️🙏🏾

It’s true, I know older generations spank kids but honestly when I was a kid. It doesn’t do much to teach me anything at all. Words and reasons actually gets me to understand why my behaviour was wrong as a kid. I get used to the spanking because it doesn’t hurt all that much.

Don't listen to the haters. I met my husband when I was 16 got married at 18 had our 1st child at 21 and our second child 23. We have been married for over 17 years and our oldest is in high school now and are youngest youngest is in middle school. When they are both 18 and 20 I will be in my early forties. I wasn't expecting Matt to enjoy being a parent as much as he does.Matt is very spontaneous and active, so I figured would feel to tied down or like he was missing out.I was definitely wrong. Matt is such and amazing dad and he and Abby have done so good at keeping up with their active lifestyle with Griffin.

There will be a time period when traveling and doing big things will be tougher (some stages with kids are just tougher to take them out of their routine) so I really want to encourage y’all to make sure you make some parent friends to be able to have play dates and dinners. Being a parent can be really isolating so it’s important to have fellow parent friends. Also parents don’t care about your age, they just care about you having a kid similar in age to their kid. Parents bond over parenthood. We are young parents and all our friends are older than us. Going on hikes and going to the park or a splash pad when he is a toddler are all great ways to get out for your mental health without having to go do something big.
This was an amazing video. Thanks for normalizing bladder leakage and products. I was brought up in a time where this was taboo and an embarrassment. "No one suffers from this so something must be wrong with you", to find out 10 years later its super common in young folks too, not just older folks. And both male and female can be forced to deal with this.

I love how no matter what people say on your videos, you keep doing what YOU guys want to! People can be extremely negative to anyone when it comes to babies. Your baby boy is happy, healthy and obviously well taken care of! Do not listen to anyone! I love your guys videos! Keep doing you. Guys coming from a married man also me and my wife get on each others nerves all the time. That’s part of any relationship especially marriage people are going to fight people are going to agitate each other. It’s not about all of that it’s about getting through that and loving each other unconditionally. I personally love seeing y’all on here as a couple around my age and how y’all are having some of the same things happen that me and my wife are. Stay awesome guys.

My bf is the dreamer and I’m realistic and sometimes I feel the same way as Abby, but in reality that’s what’s needed in a relationship because you balance each other out! If it leaned one way more than the other, your lives wouldn’t be so stable and fun at the same time! :)
Love that you talked about your feelings postpartum. I think a lot of people feel this way and then they feel guilty bc they obviously love their child. But your hormones are going all over the place and it is a transition of who you were before and who you are now. but it’s beautiful and now you have a beautiful family that will continue to grow 💗

I just wanted to comment on one thing you mentioned, and that is spanking kids.
When my kids were young, I did feel it important to reserve a spank for super important life threatening situations. For example, we lived in a house on a steep hill and the kids knew that if they put just one foot up on the back deck railing they would be spanked. A tumble over could have been deadly.
