What a journey, wow! Harry had such a really good voice from the beginning but it's his constant hard work on vocals and all adjecent life aspects that got him to the place he's in now. And it's still developing, I'm sure. People who say true artists are only those who write their own songs are narrow-minded people because it's unphatomable to them how much hard work and creativity it takes to refine your vocal techniques and then to choose them carefully, sometimes on the spot, to paint this vocal painting with all colours of your unique tembre. Harry's performances are just like those genius paintings but for ears :) Plus, he does write songs, which makes the whole thing even more significant.
