I rode 100 miles on the Empire State Trail | Cannondale R3000 Si

I don't think I ever would have guessed that I'd ride a Century. 100 miles in one day is quite a bit. This was an awesome ride on an amazing trail. I'd venture to say that the Empire State trial may be one of the best trail to ride your first Century on. Check out my Brother-in-laws' channels.

how did you guys get from Manhattan to new paltz? I'm guessing Amtrak, but which line? I heard some lines don't allow full sized bicycles. thanks for sharing!

My dad was kind enough to drive us up there. Good question though, I'm not sure which line would take you up.
