So doesn’t that mean God is ultimately our armor that we wear when we go to battle? We serve a GLORIOUS God!

Two days ago I was driving through my local shopping mall parking lot and the most random thought came into my mind: “I’d like to to hear a good Christian spoken word performance.
This morning I was reading about the glory of God in the OT and how it has a weightiness associated with it. Now you page pops up in the CZcams feed and I find this video.
God is good. YHWH is El Hakkavod

Please don’t believe for a moment that your service to our Lord is small. If the Good Shepherd would
leave the ninety nine to find the one that was lost, how is your service as a child of the King, a friend of
the Messiah reaching out to one lost soul, trying to pull him from the fire any different? You hold the
tremendous office of Ambassador of the Messiah and your post is in a part of the fallen world where
the King of Kings needs your faith, tenderness, and mercy along with determination and resolve to
reach the people He will send to you. He sent the animals to Adam to be named and the again to Noah
to be saved. He will send men, women and children to you to hear the good news of Jesus Christ so
He can save them. You, are His family wherever you stand, and regardless of the size of the room or crowd, you
only need enough room to put your beautiful feet while proclaiming the victory of our Lord over sin
and death. Did Philip have a small task to obey and walk south, only to obey again and stand by a
chariot before it was revealed what needed to be done? What is the value of leading one soul away
from the fires of hell? More than the whole world! You carry His words of life and wield the sword of
the spirit, standing in the gap more than a conqueror, introducing people to their Lord. If the gates of
hell can not prevail against the gospel, who could possibly say that your work is small? Please rest in
the knowledge that you are a handcrafted masterpiece and that God loves you more than you can ever
imagine. He loved you so much that He sent someone just like you to share the gospel with a young
child who needed to hear about her heavenly Father - and there may still be echoes of the joyous sounds
in heaven from the day when you believed in God’s perfect sacrifice for your sins. I hope you can see
that the scale of your service to our Lord can not be measured by anything man’s vain imagination can
conceive. You are a royal priest and will praise and serve King Jesus forever. Your office is without
measure, because you are a preacher of the gospel of Jesus Christ and will not be ashamed on the day
of the Lord. -2 Cor. 6:17-18
