"The Silk Scarf" is an image - an analogy - that came to me in a meditation. It showed me how we anchor our magnificent, infinite souls in this physical body of ours. And how we sometimes tighten the knot from fear when we lose sight of our nature - our soul - and our natural flow, beauty and colours.
I hope it touches you at some level, and inspires you to start loosening that knot. One of the many things I share in the book is how you can start to loosen that knot, and regain your flow and sense of Self.
