Dregora RLCraft is a WHOLE NEW RLCraft experience. The current version adds cool new structures to explore and awesome new biomes. It gives a really fresh and new feeling to my favourite modpack. Having played RLCraft so much this is an awesome way to reexperience the modpack all over again.
Future versions of Dregora will add EVEN MORE cool stuff. Below is a message from the developers regarding future plans for Dregora RLCraft:
UPCOMING V1.9 FEATURES
Additional environmental entities For which i expect the biggest impact to be in the aerial space as we will be attempting to mount and combine all sorts of mobs and what would be better then skeletons riding dragons and the sorts? We will however need to be very careful by doing so as Dragons also tend to cause some lag. Lycanite flying mobs however do not cause as much lag so it is safe to expect us to go wild there 😉
Biome pretty names This is a relatively simple change but still will have a decent impact on gameplay as given you have a compass you will know in what kind of biome you are. We'll play around a bit with the naming of these biomes and likely be asking for feedback in this channel once we do.
Big loot redesign We'll be adding more chests to the loot pool so that it feels more randomized, if you have encountered chests that seem to appear a lot please tell us the name of this chest and/or a description of the location in which you found the chest. We'll be noting these down and fixing them. Additionally we will be removing/adjusting some RC structures which we deem OP (No more OP emerald/lapis farms, sorry guys 🥲 ) But rest assured as we will be introducing some high risk high reward area's in return.
Additional "Bruh" biomes Combine the Dragon of additional environmental entities with the high risk/reward areas from Big Loot redesign and the "Bruh" tag from biome pretty names and you'll end up with this addition to DregoraRL. It'll be optional pain unlike you've ever experienced before 😉
OTG technical fix This one is the most daunting of all as it's super complex and required for certain hosting platforms. Aside from this single task likely being a bigger one then v1.8 and v1.9 combined there's not a lot to tell here except that it will take time before we can checkmark this one.

About 2 years ago was when I started playing RLCraft. I had fun for several months and was watching your tutorials. Then I stopped playing for more than 1.5 years. Now, after all this time, I randomly remembered the mod and started a new world. And who would've guessed - you're still out here, making content about RLCraft. i think the most important long term change will be making late/endgame enchantment grinding not be a massive and tedious chore. one other thing i would like to see is some creature rings (dwarf, goblin, the weaker ones) findeable pre lost city, because at the point you get these rings most of these are useless.

Thanks for this video, just to check a change that may have come with the config, but when chopping trees they work like vanilla rather than the rlcraft usual. (one log instead of whole tree) Is there a reason for this, does it conflict with one of the new mods?
I think many of the new trees added by the pack don't work like regular RLCraft ones. Vanilla trees still do though.

Ah yeah, that would require you to set:
level-name=DregoraRL
level-type=otg
in server.properties
This is also listed on the mod page in case you need to find it again at a later date

I think I did smth wrong and my mod got corrupted cuz I was playing earlier and there were these random patches of lava, water or poison that would just??? Turn into flowers when you clicked them???

for some odd reason my rlcraft is crashing in the 2.9.3 vision of it i followed everything u showed
hi, is they any way to add this to a mutliplayer server i have used athernos before to create a normal rl craft mutliplayer server i played with friends how would i do that with dregora rlcraft or is it not possbile?
config package not working anymore access forbidden on the site.
tried to replicate this as well as i could and got this message upon loading. "Requires dynamictreesbop any (missing)" but when checking the mods folder i can see that dynamictreesbop is in there already
I have fixed this issue. I Downloaded the 1.19.2 files instead of 1.12.2 My fault XD

Why i dont see dregora preset?
Im having the exact same issue, i followed all the steps and it simply isnt there for me either
i cant seem to "extract here" on the dregora file, is it because i need the file program that you have? (idk the name but the icon with the stacked books)
It's called WinZip I think. There are other programmes which do the same thing. Easy to find if you Google it.
thanks! but i did actually find a solution, i just did the regular "extract folder" or whatever and that worked just fine since it also asked me to replace the files.@@SomeNutzGuy
Legit started a play through on this today it’s 2 am just finished first few hours of game play, legit spawned in a ocean, found a ship with a villager with 15 string trade, ship had wool for sails, mined all of it and got to defense 16

Are you on latest version of both Dregora and RLCraft? Did you install all dependencies?
@@SomeNutzGuyReplying here on the off chance you might see it, i've posted my issue on both the dregora and RLcraft discords, the OTG preset for dregora doesnt show up, i've attempted the installation process several times and i've made absolutely sure i did it right, i need help desperately

The Dregora team is currently developing 1.9, and I'm super excited based on the new biomes and changes planned for that release. That said, 1.8 is also freaking awesome. Definitely update! :-D
