১ কেজি ভেটকি মাছ / 1 kg Bhetki fish
২ টি ডিম / 2 ea egg
১ চা চামচ জলপাই তেল / 1 tsp olive oil
২ চা চামচ ময়দা / 2 tsp flour
১/২ চা চামচ লেবুর রস / 1/2 lemon juice
স্বাদমত নুন / salt to taste
১/২ চা চামচ গোলমরিচ গুঁড়ো / 1/2 tsp black pepper powder
১ টি করে হলুদ এবং লাল ক্যাপসিকাম / 1 each yellow and red Bell pepper
৩০ গ্রাম বিনস / 30g beans
১ টি ছোট ব্রোকলি / 1 ea small size broccoli
স্বাদমত নুন / salt to taste
২ টি সেদ্ধ আলু / 2 ea boiled potato
২ চা চামচ জলপাই তেল / 2 tsp olive oil
১ চা চামচ অরিগানো / 1 tsp oregano
কুচানো ধনেপাতা / chopped coriander leaves
১/২ চা চামচ চিলি ফ্লেক্স / 1/2 tsp chili flakes
