They are very expensive. They need to find a way to get the price down and then more US parks would take advantage. Carowinds installed Copperhead Strike and it was more expensive than Fury 325. Just to give you an example. But Mack looks like the new intamin. Just that their launches suck. They should leave that to S&S.

Thanks so much for covering an Australian coaster! It would be great if you'd be able to cover other parks and attractions down here in the future. Sea World Gold Coast (Village Roadshow's other big theme park in the area) just announced it's building a $50M immersive themed land called "Atlantis" and will include a new wooden coaster from The Gravity Group. So there's defiantly some exiting things on the horizon!

@@coasterbot A video on Superman Escape at Movie World would be great as the ride is fairly unique in it's design and presentation. It's an Intamin launch coaster, but it incorporates a heavily themed and immersive dark ride section prior to the initial launch that makes up half of the overall experience. I haven't seen other similar coasters do this to the extent that Superman does, so I think it might be an interesting attraction to take a look at sometime.

@@jtbackup4553 it's good but repetitive (inversion after inversion). The theming and soundtrack is top 3 in my opinion. The ride experience directly relates to the theme (confusion and not knowing whether you're upside down or not). The vertical lift is freaky at first, but you get used to it. There are two awesome full fat ejector moments that are the best airtime in the park. The biggest issue is the very shallow drops off of the two lifts. Alton's altitude restriction is a pain. Ride it at night for a better experience (only during Halloween sadly).

Maybe I should have tried it again, but at the time once was enough for me. However it was and is exciting to get this at Movieworld. It makes the Superman Escape look like a kiddy ride and back during its construction Superman looked huge. Both have to be experienced if you come to the park.
