teen Titans go does it make it bigger like I like the shape of my but and it’s jiggle but I lost a lot of it so I’m trying to get more of it not so much as lifting it but too get it fatter

This has been my favorite glute workout for a while, I do it every other day. I've seen great resluts and it still remains challenging (pulses are the absolute worse!) as I keep adding weight and reducing the amount of times I pause. I'm currently using 5.5 lbs (2.5 Kg) ankle weights, though I have to cut them loose after the glute bridges and replace them with 3 lbs.
It has also helped strengthen my kness, they used to hurt after squats but now I'm pain free. I find that glute bridges have been particularly helpful with that.
