RyderDie has completed the main quests of surving in the military and getting married. So now he is doing the sidequests related to cs😂
This gave me a good laugh, thank you!
@@Ryderdie1 anytime man! Keep up the good work, and dont forget to one tap people on cat
Important note tor DMing: Do not under any circumstances take your K/D, kill streaks, any performance indicators seriously. DMing should be use purely for working on aim fundamentals, if you find yourself getting frustrated because you're not hitting your shots or are getting spawn killed constantly, take a break.
Remember, DMing is not indicative of your future game performance. You can outfrag an entire server for an hour and immediately bottom frag your next 3 matches.
Lol this has happened to me so many times
Absolutely. Can't count the amount of times I've DMed before a Faceit session only to perform poorly. Conversely, there have been days where I do not warm up and top frag. It's all about the consistency.
you could also watch demos of a similarly ranked players or opponents in your games and act like you're the coach, calling out the good plays and mistakes
if it comes to sensitivity the absolute golden value is the one that allows you to do a 360 rotation, but what's interesting that you will always be more consistent on lower sensitivity especially if you're using a speed mousepad and fast skates or just a glass mousepad and you don't have good mouse control(the dpi also matters with high dpi there will be more steps than with low one, you can see that by setting dpi to 400 and cs sensitivity to something like 5)
that's because on higher sensitivity the little movements matter more and that can dictate if you will get a headshot or miss your shot entirely, that's why good aimers with better mouse control benefit more from less friction between the mouse and the mousepad
so if you feel like you're missing your shots you could lower the sensitivity but keep in mind that you are bottlenecking yourself if you get shot from the back
yeah I was a 400dpi 1.4 god when I was younger but having to do 2 full swipes for a 180 is rough on your shoulder. I mean I still did and could make those frags but man it will cause fatigue if you play multiple matches in a row.
@@iCantEditBro i used to play on 800 at 0.55 at that sensitivity you would have to go from one side of the desk to the other to go a full 360, now im playing 800(i divide it by 4 using rawaccel so its 3200 but the speed of 800) at 0.866(60cm to do a 360)
Now that i think about it 0.55 was such a crazy sensitivity to play at
This video was extremely helpful! Thanks for the recommendation
1:45 Look at that stud! Great video man
Yes sir! Thanks for being the best mod out there!
I currently grinding the ranks of faceit, and this video and a bunch of other videos of you and wilson, and other csgo youtubers helped me out a lot.
I’m glad I could help! More content to come.
The editing in this vid is great ryder! Thanks for all the advice
Thank you!
Signing up to learn. Thank you for the video and great mindset advice.
Thank you! More content to come.
Couldn’t agree more with it all. The daily DMs are so important.
Great advice! I personally would even put communication as a higher priority to learn around level 3-4 so that people can at least call "Location > Number of Enemies > Damage/Action" (i.e. pushing, walking, ran back etc.) Not necessarily to do strats, but teammates are much more helpful if they tell me when they have contact (as long as it's simple and accurate, not "THEY'RE ALL HERE HELP" when it was 1 dude). My early climb would've been a lot easier if more people at least told me what the enemies are doing in their deathcam haha. Another banger video with concentrated information 👍
One thing I should have also mentioned is map awareness. In much lower ranks and solo queue in general, you can’t count on your teammates to communicate anything really. Having good map awareness really helps.
Thanks for the feedback and thanks for watching, Sparta!
Lvl 3 here, 500 hours in game and the best advice for everyone if you want to improve at anything is efficiency! This applies if you want to reach your goal faster and not wasting too many hours. Use any advice you can and focus on the game more if this is really what you want.. good luck everyone
excellent video Ryder. thank you. great tips
Thanks, Atreidai!
Glad you could share the workshop maps, so few ppl know about them
I hope more people know about them after they watch this video. Thanks for showing me these, Callum!
@@Ryderdie1 of course man!
Great video and mentality.
Thank you! More content to come.
Watching someone be straight up better than u after playing since 2017 is tuff but I can't thank you enough for the content and the messages in ur videos.
I glad you appreciate the message bro. Change your approach to the game and I guarantee you’ll find success with your climb. Thanks for watching bro.
good video, straight to the point.
Thanks bro!
great video bro I'm 2.2k elo but I don't practice cuz I can't be bothered. I'll try to start warming up and practicing before games
I’m glad you found something useful with the video. Thanks for watching!
Awesome advice bro
Thank you!
Dang that was really honest
pienix is such a goated coach
Do you know any tips and tricks for finding out your perfect mouse sensitivity since thats something very imporant if you want to get good at aiming
A lot of it is what feels comfortable for you. But a healthy starting point is finding the average sensitivity pros are using.
Play with different sens and see what works best for you. But once you find one that feels comfortable don’t change it.
I hope that helps. Thanks for watching bro
I top frag every game i know i have flaws but my teammates is just next level kind of bad im stuck between 10k -15k elo and faceit level 7 , ill use your advice and try to improve in the things i struggle with .
demo reviews are great, even better if you can find a group to play with. As a fellow solo-queue warrior, it's cancer
good vid
1.Never play solo u only gonna have loses, bad mates and waste of time
2. U need mates with good aim, timing knowledge and game sanse
3. U need have good aim, timing knowledge and game sense
That's how u gonna up lvl fast
In my now 2.4 hours of CS I’ve played over the years, I’ve never played faceit. On CSGO, the highest rank I got to was DMG, and the highest elo I got to in CS2 premier was right below 18k.
I was thinking I start my faceit journey in lvl 5, but I’m unsure
You should absolutely start that Faceit journey. If you’re anything like me and enjoy the competitive nature of the game, you’ll really enjoy it there. Good luck bro! And thanks for watching.
@@Ryderdie1 meant to say 2.4K hours haha forgot the K
I plan to go down the faceit path soon, was just wondering if you think faceit level 5 is a good place to start for my experience level
@@xcudzy5143 I think it’s an excellent place to start. If you aren’t where you belong the system will calibrate your Elo. Best of luck!
Yo, what a G
😎
Hey mate i noticed the Muhammad Ali poster in your room do you do combat sports by any chance?
I don’t, but I find his story to be truly inspirational.
At what ping does your gunfights start to get affected?I play on 70-200 ping on Chinese platforms like 5e and I am seriously considering switching to faceit sea
Try and play where the ping is the lowest, but as far as when ping starts to effect performance, I know for myself anything above 85~ it becomes unplayable.
Thanks for watching!
If you're going from 70 to 200ms constantly during the match, it's unplayable against competent competition. Especially if they have a good ping that doesn't change often, you won't be able to hold a single angle with high ping
Max I can commit to cs is about 2hrs a day. I can’t fit dming, practicing and playing pugs all in that time. Would you recommend just playing one pug a day and rest practice?
15min practice
15min DM
rest playing the actual game.
use those first two 15min block to knock the rust off. Could have an excel sheet with various things you wanna work on different days then do so during those 15min blocks
Like I mentioned in the video it really depends on what skill level you’re at. But playing games is one of the best ways to improve regardless of the skill level.
If you can, try and fit at least some kind of training routine in your schedule. You’ll see improvements overtime if you’re dedicated to a routine. Thanks for watching!
Thx guys I’ll keep these tips in mind when sitting down to play. I think one goal would be to be more intentional with my playtime from now on.
I am not sure, why I watched the whole video 😂 I have 2.5k elo 😂 I think it’s a well done video 😂
But I think you missed out the most important part of cs. Good communication is the key to win.
If you get a lot of useful info.. it makes the game so much easier.. even a „ I’m smoked off, they can push you“ helps so much for positioning
I mentioned it when I talked about level 7 but I couldn’t agree more. Solid communication can be the difference between winning and losing most games.
Thanks for watching the whole video! More content to come.
my guy, I be playing on a laptop that averages 50 fps, I’m cooked
Maybe one day if the channel grows I can afford a PC giveaway for subscribers like you.
@@Ryderdie1 would be wild, great video btw
Been there it sucks…
Btw I managed to get global on cs go with a laptop that gave me 50-70 fps on 800 x 600 res. Also would constantly have ping spikes up to 400 multiple times a game. Got to faceit level 8 too. Now I have a good PC and am always level 10 faceit.
hey Ryder i was wondering if you only play faceit over comp/premier or is it more 80/20?
I would say it’s more 95 Faceit / 5 Premier.
I have about 1,400 games played on Faceit and maybe 80ish played on Premier.
out of those 80ish, how many do you feel were cheater filled?
What do I do if I’m a kid who’s 14 and every time I try and speak and say stfu and they are yapping in my ear how bad I am when I’m going 28 and 10
tell them scoreboard
I have to agree with @Rebirthhhhhh here
Like most of us who started CS young, you either break or adapt. Mute them or just learn to talk shit back (scoreboard bro, tie my shoes while you're at the bottom, etc)
Just mute and focus on your own game
In faceit soloq, my team has one chance to bad mouth me, then they are muted for the rest of the game. Much peace in this method. 9.5/10 they never have anything useful to say anyways, only complaining to make themselves feel better.
How can people bother to play faceit? Takes forever for everyone to connect to a game and 50% of cases its a cancelled match.
how can I lose elo scaring????
lol i have lvl 10 on faceit and i know only one smoke for ct on mirage xdddddd
at the end of the day you just cant teach passion
Why do you dont recommend DMing on Pracc?
For levels 1 and 2 I don’t. That’s because it’s too difficult for that skill range to find much from it. I recommend starting on Valve DM servers then moving to Prac later.
@@Ryderdie1 ahh i missed the part that this was advice for lvl1&2. nice vid bud!
Does it matter to like play these practice maps or just waste your time just playing hoping that you'll improve?
I have like 130 hours in this game for some reason and I'm only playing dust 2 as of now.
I have no problems with my hardware and peripherals but generally I have a problem on mindset due to every matchmaking game that I play I don't achieve a rank that I want even tho I played that specific game maybe like 3-4 yrs+.
I like this game really but the elo hell scares me.I experienced playing on faceit after like a good 80hrs of playtime and yeah it's not fun.Luckily faceit tries to mute any type of vulgar language but after that I just quitted faceit after like 2 games and spammed dust 2 eversince since it's a simple map.
It's not like I'm not trying to improve sometimes I try to watch some lineups and try to implement them.
NVM I'm just cooked.
since you're new you should really get down mechanics. and most importantly dont play mm, ik its easier but you can only improve if your going against better people than you. Hope this helps
When you talk about mm are you talking about Prime MM? I don't even have prime I'm literally playing with random chinese players(I'm on SEA server).
@@Khino727 you are so cooked.. you gotta play on faceit and second of all you haven't even bought the full game 💀
Yeah the advantages of face it really is you get to deal with people that speak English the disadvantage is you'll get flamed if you're ass,I thought my aim will help me when I first played there xd.IDK why face it put me to Lvl.3 instead of lvl.1 but is it ok to be free there?(I'm not blessed with a good allowance :D )
@@Khino727 yea its free
am i schizophrenic or is this a reupload?
Not a reupload. Somewhat similar to my “No BS Guide to Improving at CS” but this one is really focused on specific skills to focus on to improve from each rank.
