Twins pregnancy is actually very complicated. There are high risks of premature delivery and health issues are always there in whole pregnancy. I delivered my twins in 8 months on October 27 , 2022. Had many problems before n during delivery. Like severe itching, pain in whole body, swelling in legs etc and then during delivery I had severe blood loss, haemoglobin dropped to 4, couldn't breathe, was on ventilator for 1 day, 2 days in C.C.U. but, by the grace of God everything is fine now.. I'm enjoying motherboard to the core of my heart.

Payal should get admitted in the hospital and get bed rest and let doctors and nurses take care from here. It’s her health and life plus the two unborn life’s. Payal just go to the hospital pls. Too much pressure in your home due to so many people coming in and out and entertainment is too much for your body to handle, need peace and quiet until ur due date. Hospital is the best place, can’t express enough.❤
