Oh man, that had me rollin! Tj isn't a bad dude he's just one of THOSE guys... I wouldn't doubt the first day he drifts it he hits a wall and turns that yellow into mellow.

my 2 cents since every one is trying to tell you what to do with your car
1 air down the tires a little
2 add a adapter on your spare tire. that you can attach the flag too
3 tow hook upgrade (even if its a loop of chain replacing the stock tow hook)
4 keep having fun hopefully the first three suggestions will help you have a little more fun
and on a side note if you do anything on the rear end i would suggest a locker that way you dont lose drivability on the road

I'd say more so the grip is an issue. it just needs bash bars so he's not worried about damaging it and can go in faster

One thing you need to do is cut the wheel wells to give the tires more clearance. Skid plates for the underside are a necessity also.Remove the front section where the turn signals are and put a push bar with a skid plate on it so the front doesn't get stuck.
Many people here would like to see LS swap on that thing, but because it's off-road car why not Cummins like pistonhead productions?

Lightness is its advantage out there, higher ratio gears will be just as good for crawling but lighter.

Weight distribution negatively affecting traction. It would be a problem, especially without 4x4, the front would become an anchor in mud.

Auto just makes sense for off-roading, regardless of what country you are from. It's not even a matter of not stalling, it's a matter of transmission logetivity. There's a reason no professional off-roaders use manual transmission-and it's not because they're not expert at using them.

Lachlan Vandermeer body lift is useless. you'd screw up the motor mounts and gear shifter by having to move everything UP. useless

i know you said you wil turbo it , but a turbo kit its like 6k and for 3k you can get a LS and for 2.5 - 3 k you can get engine mount and other stuff for the engine , and 1k mounting it if you dont do it urself
so , recap , Turbo : will make around 250 - 280hp at the crank LS : 400 - 500 - 550hp (prices : Turbo :6-7 k) LS: 6-7k 9 power , more than twice
+Josper YT You forget things like the diff, axles, driveline, all which need to be custom. I can do a cheap turbo setup for 2k easy
well the other 3 k is for engine mount and the other custom stuff it cant be more than 3 / 4k and how much did you spend on the turbo for Molly ?

Because half the reason it's doing well is it doesn't weigh a lot (particularly over non-drive wheels). KLZE would be lighter than the B series it has, or... 13B all the things.
