People fast food cause it fast and cheap and the faster the we get the faster they want there food the reason why some people are fat is because there either to lazy broke or busy to make a healthier option which is the real problem.

Never did feeling sick just by watching made me happier. It tells me that I'm still conscious enough to say "I couldn't eat that".
The triple by pass and T. rex burgers I could probably live off for a week, maybe a little long, and to think people can eat either of those in a sitting makes me sick.

Why would anyone want a double Big Mac? Big Macs are only nice because the sauce and pickles cover up the rank taste of the patties. Doubling the meat makes you more likely to taste it. Why not go to a proper restaurant and get a decent burger instead?

I remember when the Baconator came out. I was 20 and I had drank a bottle of Jack Daniel's and a friend of mine wanted to go to Wendy's. I saw the picture of the Baconator on the menu, but I thought I was just seeing double. I ordered and ate it pretty quickly. I thought that I was going to die that night.

necrogenesis1981 Portugal, and to give you an example. My hometown has no KFC, no Burger King, no Wendy's, pretty much the only fast food restaurant we have here is McDonalds. The only restaurant that serves food from other countries is the chinese restaurant, because they're everywhere.
Without counting with pizzas and all that because that's pretty much the most loved food ever.

The Double Down is a normal chicken sandwich that’s just missing the bun. If it had buns it wouldn’t be anything special even though it would be even more unhealthy.

Now, the thing one needs to understand that moderately active man, woman or child is quite fit by modern American standards (I believe it's around 2 hours of low impact exercise (eg walking) and at least 1 hour of intense workout DAILY). Calories are a measurement of energy (just like miles are a measurement of distance) so the more energy you use the more you need to put back into your body. Different parts of your body use different amounts of energy. For example, if you are short, thin with low muscle tone woman, then perhaps 2,000 is fine, but if you're tall, thin and toned woman you'll most likely need over 2,500 a day just to keep your muscle. A child in school needs more energy than a filing clerk because their brains will use more energy.
As far as the 1,500 calories for women, I believe that's a recommendation for overweight women with low muscle tone in order to loose weight (although for steadier weight loss a total calorie intake of 1,700 is recommended). This provides enough energy to keep your crucial muscles and organs functioning, and forces your body to use energy from fat cells which is energy costly (the energy gained from that process is quite small).
I'm 6'3.... even if i'm lazy and dont do anything i burn 2000 calories by just being alive.
